Solangelo/Drarry One-shots and Headcanons

(I've had this headcanon stuck in my head and I just had to write it down. I know it's short but I hope you like it.)

WILL

I pulled up to the sidewalk outside of Nico's school. Chiron had insisted on sending some of us to schools near Camp. So, I planned to come and pick him up as a surprise.

I heard a bell ring from inside as I stepped out of the van. Annabeth and Piper were still conversing inside and Hazel and Frank were asleep. Percy and Jason stepped out of the van and leaned against it as well, complaining about the heat.

Percy started whining like a little kid, even though he is 18. "Honestly Will, do we have to wait outside? Can we get ice cream afterwards?"

Jason chimed in, "I'll drive."

Rolling my eyes, I smiled and answered "Sure. I thought you would be too old to want to get ice cream?"

Percy smirked "It must be blue ice cream, and no, you are never too old for ice cream."

Before I could respond, people started streaming out of the doors of the high school.
Teenagers split off into small groups. Heading for shade from the sun, or turning up the air conditioner to drive to the beach or home.

Searching over the heads of people, I saw no sign of my black haired boyfriend. I hadn't even noticed the cheerleaders until they started talking.

"Hey handsome. You new here?" One of the girls smirked, looking at Percy. Percy looked extremely uncomfortable until Annabeth opened the door and stood beside Percy, kissing him quickly. She then gave the cheerleaders a death glare.

Half focused on the cheerleaders, I responded "No. Just trying to find someone."

One of the cheerleaders winked and flirted "You sure I can't steal you away for a couple minutes? She doesn't have to know."

Jason started snickering after she said that. I couldn't help but let out a short laugh. She looked confused. "What's so funny?"

Jason replied, still laughing "bold of you to assume who she is."

At that moment, I spotted Nico coming out of the doors and he saw me. He smiled his perfect smile and walked briskly over, slinging his bag over his shoulder.

I tried to push through the cheerleaders, but one was still talking to Jason and another was glaring at Annabeth. One tried to put her hand on my arm but I brushed her off.

She made a pouty face as Nico came up behind the ring of cheerleaders. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. He looked happier than he was a minute ago. He was assessing the situation. A conspirational look crossed his features. Before he could say anything, the cheerleaders noticed him. The leader sneered "Hey emo boy, leave us alone. Go back to listening to your death music."

Nico didn't look taken aback, instead, he smirked and replied "well, I am entitled to see my boyfriend who came to pick me up." With that, he walked through the surprised cheerleaders as I lifted him up slightly and kissed him.

The cheerleaders looked confused and disappointed as Annabeth called shotgun and Percy, Nico, and I got in the back. Jason got in the drivers side and started the car. Nico curled up in my lap as we headed off to the nearest ice cream stand.
"I missed you." He whispered to me.
Kissing him quickly, I whispered back "I missed you more, Death Boy."

He smiled and we all headed to ice cream and then home.
