I woke up to a hand gently caressing my cheek.

My eyes opened to meet those beautiful green eyed that I love.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you." Her raspy morning voice spoke, making me smile immediately.

"It's okay." She smiled, running her thumb over my bottom lip.

Her eyes were focused on my features.

"You're so beautiful." I couldn't help the blush that found its way onto my cheeks.

"I got us tickets to Miami. We leave tomorrow." I smiled at that.

"You're serious?!" I exclaimed, sitting up.

She smiled widely at my response. "I'm serious." I jumped out of bed and stared packing.

"Yay!" She laughed at me and watched amusedly as I packed.

"At least there's will be no Ashley on this trip." I giggled.

"Yay! No one to tell me not to kiss my girl." She grabbed my hips, making me squeal as she hugged me onto the bed with her.

I laughed as she tickled me.

"Lauren! Stop!" I laughed out, her smile never leaving her lips.

"What's the magic word?" She smiled down at me.

"Please." I laughed when her fingers dig into my sides.

"Nope." I laughed.

"Daddy!" She stopped.

"That's the one." She kissed my lips with a smile.

I immediately kissed back, enjoying the feeling of her on top of me.

She was straddling me, her hands on my sides.

"Did I just hear someone yell Daddy- oop, wear protection!" I heard Ashley's voice.

We pulled away and I laughed at her.

"We're girls, you dumbass!" I threw a pillow at her as she left.

Lauren laughed at me and kissed my cheek.

"Come on. I smell pancakes." I nodded and followed my girlfriend downstairs.

We ate our breakfast and spent the day with my family before we had to leave on our flight to Miami in the morning.

Lauren buckled my seat belt as we ascended into the sky.

"You always forget." I smiled at her.

"Or maybe I just like to see if you'll do it for me." She smiled, shaking her head at me.

"You're a brat, you know that?" I blushed at the nickname.

"Oh, you like that? My brat. My little brat." I blushed brightly, hiding my face.

"Lolo!" She chuckled, lifting my chin.

"No need to be embarrassed, little one." I felt small in her gaze, fiddling with my fingers.

"Don't fight it, baby. I'll take care of you, princess." The nicknames pushed me further into this calm abyss.
