I spent my first week in rehab. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

I was taught coping skills, and brought off of the drug.

The doctors would read the songs I wrote since they were what I truly felt.

I was still a bit hung over Brad and Will. Of course I'd be.

But I was told to cut the negative people out of my life.

I wanted to start new.

Two years.

Two fucking years I spent in the hospital.

When I got home I was crushed in a hug of my family.

Lauren was nowhere in sight.

"She's not here, Y/N." Ash sighed.

"She couldn't get a flight in time. She's stuck in Miami." I looked down.

"Oh. Okay..." I faked a smile and hugged Demi.

"Hey, I got lost looking for the bathroom." The familiar raspy voice of Lauren filled my ears.

I turned around immediately.

"LAUREN!" I ran to the girl, propelling myself into her arms.

She span me around and I couldn't help myself.

I kissed her.

Cheers filled the air and we pulled away, blushing.

"You make me feel like a teenager in love." I giggled.

"That gives me an idea!" I rushed upstairs and began to write my feelings about Lauren, out.

When I showed her the song she smiled immediately.

"Y/N? Will you go out with me?" I blushed at that.

"Of course, you dummy." I ruffled her hair and she laughed, chasing me when I ran off.

She caught me and tackled me.

She straddled my lap and pinned me down.

I smiled up at her, her lips finding mine.

We were happy. So happy. But we didn't see the paparazzi taking photos.

Weeks later.

"You chose her over me?! I have a dick, she doesn't!" Brad was yelling at me, Lauren and I were at the park on a date.

"Brad, don't do this." Lauren gasped when Brad slapped me.

"You don't tell me what to do! I tried to be a nice guy, but you're just pissing me off!" My cheek stung, and I knew I was bleeding because of the metallic taste in my mouth.

"Get away from her!" Lauren pushed me behind her.

"Or what, Jauregui? You're gonna hit me? You don't have the balls for it. Hell, when we dated you were afraid to let me fuck you!" I gasped when I saw my older brother tackle Brad to the ground.

Ashley joined in, beating the boy to a pulp.

"Y/N/N..." Lauren turned and cupped my cheek.

"I'm okay, Lolo. I promise." She wiped the blood away from my busted lip.

"I'm okay." I smiled at her, watching as a tear fell down her cheek.

"Hey, Hey. Lo, look. I'm fine. I'm right here." I cupped her cheek, forcing her to look into my eyes.

"I'm fine, baby. I'm right here." I kissed her lips, hoping she didn't mind the taste of blood.

She didn't. Instead she pecked my lips over and over.
