CHAPTER SIXTEEN ✨

The bond of friendship grew stronger among Kiara,Neil and Ayush. She was torn apart between the two guys.

Ayush came at the mess, he found his group missing.
"Where is Neil,Aman and all?" He looked here and there.
He gasped and ate his breakfast.
He was strolling in the campus, suddenly someone covered his face with a handkerchief and dragged him to the dorm.

It was Neil,Aman and Karan.
"You are here..." Ayush exclaimed "I was searching you all around the campus. And why the hell did you kidnap me?"

Kiara chuckled "Sorry Ayush. We have a surprise for you. Look down"

He looked at the delicious cake topped with cherries..😋

Neil handed him the knife, He cut the cake and everyone wished and whistled for him.
He took the piece of cake and gave to Kiara. Kiara put the cake's cream on Ayush's face. He also did the same.

"Ayush, Your gift" Neil said. He gifted him a card.
Kiara tied a handmade bracelet on his hand.
"This is yours and mine memory" She grinned.

"Kiarra" Ayush spoke, "Come with me. I want to show you something"
He dragged her outside.

Neil saw them leaving, he felt a bit insecure and gulped down a full bottle of beer.

"Ayyush. Where are you taking me?"
She shrilled.
It was a beautiful garden

"Is this really in our college?" Kiara questioned.
"Yess"
Kiara seamlessly got lost in the place's beauty.
"Kiara. I have got something to say"
"Say it" She plucked the rose
"I know, you like me Kiara"

Kiara was taken aback, she turned to him and glared at him with a shocking expression.
"I like you Kiara but as a.."
"Friend" Kiara stole his words.
"Ahh.. Yeah. Don't be upset, we still are friends and I am..not ready to be in relationship and all..Sorry" Ayush heaved.
"That's okay" Kiara said curtly and quietly left the place. Her silence spoke many things to Ayush.

Ayush pursed his lips and shook his head.

Kiara and Roshni were having a cup of coffee in the cafe.
"So what's the news?" Roshni asked

"What news?" Kiara pretended as if she knew nothing.

"You and Ayush, Are you in relationship?"

Kiara giggled, "No gal, He is not ready to be in a relationship. I accepted it's his choice..I can't force him" Kiara said sipping her coffee.

"Really?Is it something to do with Riya? He can be her boyfriend but not yours.." Roshni squinted her eyes.

"Stop suspecting like ACP Pradyuman. Kuch to gadbad hai.." Kiara said dramatically.

"Kiara, I think he is in danger, he needs our help" Roshni replied

"No he is not...He is okay. We have a class next. Let's go...Arre! Come yaar"

They went to their respective classes

Ayush and Riya were fighting and arguing with each other.
"You have to stop it Riya.. Otherwise"
"Otherwise what Ayush? You can't do anything. We will see"
She said and left the dorm.

Neil saw a fuming Riya barging out of his dorm.
"Is everything alright Ayush? She...She is your girlfriend right? Riya Somani" Neil said
"Yes.. It's alright" Ayush lied.

"You broke up with her? What is she doing here?" Neil raised his eyebrow.
"Nothing, sorting out some issues" Ayush gave a fake smile.
"Are you sure?" Neil asked.
"Yaa"

At Kiara's dorm...
Kiara found a note on her studytable.

Meet me at 8pm on the terrace. I have to say something important to  you

There was no name written on it.

"Who could it be?" Kiara said to herself. "Is it Neil or Ayush?"

She went to Preeta. "Preeta, Can you identify this handwriting?"
Preeta examined the note, "No"

Both were so perfect..
Even words are not more to praise them, it was an emotional, life soothing film and now my favorite.
