"There's a friend I'd like to set you up with."
'I'm sorry, what? She's fully aware that I'm not interested in dealing with some annoying girl right? Plus, I'm not interested in blind dates after what happened last time she set me up on one of these.' Akaashi thought to himself.
"Sorry but the last time you did this, my "date" ended up staying on her phone the entire time and later getting drunk and started crying on me because she had just broken up with her ex. After that she barfed on me. So no thanks, I'll pass"
"Yeah, yeah, you told me about that and I'm sorry about her. This time it's someone much better! I promise he at least won't barf on you this time! Please Akaashi?"
"Wait, he?"
"Oh yeah it's a guy. Since you're Bi i thought it was ok. He's really nice! You'll love him!"
"Sorry, my answers still no Yukie-san."
"Please Akaashi!"
"No, I'm not doing this."
"Well, I kinda already told him that you agreed to go on this date before I asked you..."
"What the hell Yukie?! I haven't agreed to this!"
"I'll buy you some boiled rapeseed plants with karashi mustard dressing if you go on that date?
Akaashi sighed. He loved that dish, and it was also just a small date. What could go wrong?
"Fine, I'll go on that date. You better remember that you owe me it."
"Thank you so much Akaashi!" Yukie wrapped her arms around, giving him a hug. This made Akaashi tense up, he did not enjoy any form of physical contact.
"You can let go now." With this, she let go.
By this point, they had reached the apartment block. They both entered the building, heading into the lift. Akaashi pressed on the 5th floor, where his apartment was situated, and Yukie pressed the 8th. The lift doors opened, they were on the 5th floor. Akaashi stepped out of the lift.
"By the way Akaashi, your date is tomorrow at 3pm at Sunbucks!"
Akaashi turned around to see the lift door closing with Yukie in it, giving him a smug smile. He immediately felt extremely pissed at this. Not only did this woman have the audacity to set him up on a blind date with someone he had never met without his permission, but she had also only told him the day before!
Akaashi grabbed his keys out of his bag and started unlocking his door. He opened the door and immediately walking over and collapsing on the couch. He picked up his phone which was laying on the coffee table, he had forgotten it this morning. He saw he had gotten notification from discord from OyaOwl.
OyaOwl: KEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIJJJJJJJJJJIIIIIIII
OyaOwl: GUESS WHAT?
Keiji: What is it?
OyaOwl: no u have to guess
Keiji: You didn't fail any classes this semester?
OyaOwl: RUDE
OyaOwl: ILL HAVE U KNOW IM DOING VERY WELL IN CLASS
OyaOwl: at least thats what I tell myself-
OyaOwl: but no, its not that. try again!
Keiji: I give up, what is it?
OyaOwl: im going on a date tomorrow!
OyaOwl: My friend successfully set me up with this really cute guy in my area!
