He slowly stood up from the steps and walked towards me.

He put both arms next to me, pinning me against the wall.

He slowly put his head next my ear.

"They'll be the ones running, darling"
He whispered in my ear, making the 'd' in darling sound harsh.

He moved his head and laughed.

He knew I was scared.

He knew exactly what he was doing.

I shoved him away from me and sat down on the steps.

I would've ran, but even I knew there was no point.

Void laughed and sat next me.

"You give up so easily" He smirked looking at me.

"Shut up."
