The house was dark and silent. It seemed like ages since Lucas left. It had only been around two weeks, but Haechan was not doing well. Taeyong was on his way over to his best friend's place, since he hadn't heard from him in a few days. Taeyong made sure to check in almost everyday, but due to the fact he was almost about to pop made it hard to get around.

Taeyong knocked on the door to Haechan's place and waited. After about 3 minutes of banging, he decided to just walk in. This was starting to worry him, Haechan always answered the door.

As soon as Taeyong shut the door and walked forward, he almost tripped on a few books that were scattered on the floor in front of him. 'Hm, what are these doing in the middle of the floor?' Picking up the books, Taeyong found them to feel ripped and torn, not in the best of shape.

"Channie? Are you in here? Please...tell me, this doesn't feel right..." Taeyong walked slowly forward, trying to make out the familiar smell of his best friend, but was not able to. Finally the omega found his way to the staircase that led up to the bedrooms.

Usually Haechan and Lucas's home smelled warm and welcoming, but for some reason it didn't smell that way. It seemed dark and musty. Something wasn't right.

"Haechan, if this is a joke I don't think it is very funny. Now come out here and talk to me." As Taeyong made his way closer to the bedroom of the small omega, he started to catch a familiar smell. But again something wasn't normal about it.

"Channie, where are you?" Suddenly a hand reached out and grabbed Taeyong's hand, causing the omega to scream. "Calm down Yongie, it's just me."

Taeyong placed his hand over his chest, trying to control his breathing. "Haechan, you little...I almost had a heart attack! I called your name over twenty times!"

Haechan walked over to his bed, which was covered in Lucas's clothes. The whole room looked like a laundry basket. All the clothes belonging to Lucas. "Sorry, I didn't hear you."

Taeyong felt around for the small chair that was normally cleared off and ready for use, but it was now covered in sweatshirts and t-shirts. "Why are there clothes everywhere Channie? And they don't smell so clean..."

Haechan sighed, "None...of.buis..ness." Taeyong was shocked, "What did you just say?"

Not one sound came out of Haechan's mouth. Haechan just curled up into the pile of clothes on the bed, trying to find some comfort from them.

"Haechan are these all of Lucas's clothes?" Taeyong got up, knowing it was going to be impossible to talk to the boy like this. "Come here Channie, let's talk."
Haechan huffed, grabbing Taeyong's palm, "I'm fine Yongie. Just please leave." "No Haechan, I am not leaving until you tell me what's wrong with you. I haven't heard from you in days and also you don't smell right....it's freaking me out."

Haechan started to feel a tear or two leave his eyes, "I don't want to talk about it...I just don't feel too good."

Taeyong reached out to feel Haechan's head, which didn't seem warm. "I think you just feel lost without Lucas...I mean, it has been awhile since he left. I miss Jaehyun too, but they will be back soon." Haechan curled up tighter in a ball, "Yeah, I guess."

Taeyong rubbed his friend's back, trying to comfort him, but he knew it wouldn't help. To be honest, he was having a hard time too. Taeyong could barely get around and he felt like he could pop any time now. He really needed Jaehyun, but he needed to comfort Haechan.

"Well Channie, I think that-" Suddenly a strong wave of pain radiates down Taeyong, causing him to let out a whine. Haechan sat up, wiping off his eyes, "Yongie, what's wrong?"

Taeyong felt the pain again, but this time it was worse than before. "Get Jimin, Haechan...please..." Haechan sprung up, running out of the room to get Jimin, Taeyong had to be okay. He just had to be.

Jimin sat on the porch in front of his house rocking back and forth. Ji Hoon was asleep in his lap as he hummed to himself. It was a quiet day with all the alphas gone. Jimin looked down at his sleeping pup with furrowed eyebrows. Sure Ji Hoon was an omega, but he just seemed so small. His thoughts were interpreted when Hachan ran up to him waving his arms frantically.

"Taeyong...pup...pain." The younger bent over, clearly not used to sure physical activity, and needed to catch his breath. Before Haechan could even ask, Jimin had pushed a very groggy Ji Hoon into his arms and was halfway to Taeyong.

"Taeyong! Tae where are you?" Jimin burst through the door, stopping when he saw the room. "Oh god..Taeyong!" Jimin's heart began to race as he feared the worst. He heard a pained cry calling out for him.

By the time Jimin had made it to Taeyong, the small omega was crying out for help. "Haechan! Please help me?" Jimin carefully made his way to the omega grabbing his free hand as the other clutched his swollen belly.
"Jimin, thank god. I'm so scared. I can't do this. I need Jaehyun. Please. I can't do this." Taeyong began to sob again as he leaned into Jimin's side. The older was able to calm him down before he spoke.

"He's not here Yongie. I'm sorry. You can do this. It's going to be okay. I know you wanted to do this at your home, but I don't think that's going to happen." Taeyong began trying to stand at Jimin's words.

"No! No, I can make it. Jimin please." Taeyong yelped and slid down as the pain became too much once again. Tears formed in his eyes as he hung his head.

"It's not supposed to happen like this. Nothing is going how I planned.." Taeyong let out as a whisper. "Jae was supposed to be here. I can't do this without him."

Jimin had gotten some stray pillows along with towels and wet washcloths. He brushed Taeyong's bangs out of his face as he placed one on his forehead. "I know this isn't how you imagined Yongie, but Jaehyun will be so happy when he finally gets to meet his pup."

Taeyong smiled and grabbed Jimin's hand, momentarily stopping him. "Thank you Jimin, I couldn't do this without you."

Taeyong fell back as exhaustion finally took over his body. After hours and hours of labor, he had finally had his pup.

Jimin smiled as he cleaned the baby off and wrapped a small white blanket around him. This was always his favorite part. A mother getting to hold their baby was an amazing site.

"Here he is Yongie." Jimin carefully put the pup into Taeyong's arms, who again had started to cry.

"What's he look like Min?" Jimin felt his heart ache for the omega. He couldn't imagine if he wasn't able to see Ji Hoon when he was born.

"He's beautiful, you have a beautiful family Yongie. Your alpha will be so happy." Taeyong smiled in Jimin's direction, just a little off from where he stood.

The new mother traced the pup's features, carefully to avoid the eyes. He smiled when he felt the cute button nose and soft skin. Taeyong giggled as the baby latched onto his finger.

The omega softly scented his new pup, as he whispered to him, "I can't wait for your daddy to see you little one."
Jimin smiled as he turned to leave, finally noticing the omega that stood in the doorway.
