Kabanata 2

Hanggang saan kaya ang kaya kong gawin para lang makuha ang gusto ko? Kahit na alam kong may nagmamay ari na nito, hindi ko mapigilang isiping kaya ko itong agawin? I know na I'm becoming more and more desperate, but what can I do? I just really like Ken, ako ang unang nakakilala sa kaniya, ako ang unang nagka gusto pero bakit hindi ako ang pinili? Why can't he see my worth? Is it really that hard to like me back?

Useless thoughts! Of course Ken will soon see my worth. I'll make him love me and leave his pathetic girlfriend. Should I just seduce Ken? Hhmm that'll be easy, I mean I'm irresistible. I may be petite but I have curves in the right places.

Tulala lang ako habang papunta sa unit ni Adrian. Iniisip ko pa rin kung paano ko paiibigin si Ken sa akin ngunit bigla nanaman sumagi sa aking pretty brain ang nangyari kanina. Bwiset na Xeiden, ano bang problema niya?! Feeling close kung maka smirk amputa.

"Hi babes!" at nagkiss pa ang mga walanghiya sa harapan ko.

"Respeto naman sa single dito oh" reklamo ko at laking ginhawa ko nang bumalik na sila sa mundong ibabaw.

"Kainis naman, nabulabog tuloy yung pag foformulate ko ng plans para paibigin at agawin si Ken ko" asik ko sa kanila at dumiretso na papasok sa loob ng unit.

I was supposed to head towards the sofa kaso may nakaagaw ng pansin ko. I immediately went towards it and stared intently at it.

"Mei!" I shrieked.

"Huh?! Ano?! May babae ba?! Hayop ka babes, niloloko mo ba ako?! Paano na yung mga pinagsamahan natin ha?! Kelan pa ha?!" paghihisterya ni Mei. Ay ebarg ang drama naman, napa facepalm nalang ako.

"Babes wala akong babae" pag eexplain naman nitong si Adrian.

I chose to ignore them while they're busy arguing and just focused my attention towards the thing that caught my attention.

Grabe bakit ganito? Ang ganda ko naman, I just stared at the mirror in front of me. I mean who wouldn't find me gorgeous? I have a heart-shaped face and long straight black hair na talagang bumagay sa kulay porselana kong skin. I pursed my pinkish thin lips and batted my chinita eyes na may long eyelashes. I just giggled and continued praising myself mentally.

I arched my naturally flicked eyebrows when I saw Mei and Adrian stared at me like I'm some kind of alien. Uh, ang gandang alien ko naman?

"See, wala akong babae babes. Alam mo namang ikaw lang ang mahal ko dba?"

Mei just pouted and apologized. I rolled my pretty eyes at them.

"Anyways, let's get back to business" I said and went to the sofa. I was about to sit when the lovebirds just gawked at me.

"What are you two waiting for? Ha?! Kung kailan ikakasal na sina Ken at ang ugly girlfriend niya?" I hissed at them.

Nagmadali naman silang umupo sa harap ko.

"I've been thinking of a plan na while we were on our way here" I said and looked at Adrian, he straightened his back nang bumaling ako sa kaniya.

"Scar naman, wag mo takutin si babes" Mei defended her jowa and I bursted out laughing nang natantong takot pa rin pala si Adrian sa'kin? I used to bully him  nung 8th hanggang 10th grade kasi he was still a dork that time. Mei and I bullied him but my malanding friend liked him, kaya pala binubully kasi nagpapapansin, hokage talaga to si Mei. Well he matured naman at naging sila ni Mei last year so I improved my treatment to him.

"I'm not doing anything" maang ko, "Not my fault that I was born with this bitchy but pretty face of mine" and I batted my eyelashes at them and winked. I laughed.

"So here's my plan, I will follow Ken around para hindi makalapit yung secret jowa niya. At I'll make that b*tch shake in jealousy to the point na mag aaway sila ni Ken" I smirked imagining the two fighting because of me.

"Pero what if epic fail?" tanong ni Mei but I just laughed at her.

"Oh my, sis you know me right? Even if it fails, I'll continue sticking around Ken and make him love me para iwan na niya ang walang kwentang girlfriend niya"

I shifted my gaze to Adrian and asked, "Diba sa building din na ito nakatira ang girlfriend niya?"

"Yeah" he answered smoothly and umakbay kay Mei.

"It looks like mapapadalas tayo dito sa condo Mei" I exclaimed and looked at my friend na nakikipaglandian nanaman sa jowa niya. Duh, pda much?

"Ad, nakita mo ba kung saan unit pumasok si Ken?" I suddenly asked

"Hindi pero parang sa dito sa floor namin siya pumunta? Nakita ko kasi siya nung nakaraan na naglalakad sa hallway sa floor na ito" he explained and I smiled nang malaman iyon.

So far I have many infos na nakalap. Now, I just need to make landi kay Ken so I can agaw him, I know I can do it. What Scarlet wants, Scarlet gets. I smiled evilly.

I hummed as I went inside our house gracefully and immediately noticed my 10 years old baby brother. He was just watching cartoons sa flat screen tv. I kissed the top of his head and proceeded to go to my room.

I stopped when I remembered the cupcakes I was supposed to give Ken inside my bag, I'll just bake another batch nalang para freshly baked from the oven ang kakainin niya. I'm so sweet talaga, kung ako si Ken I'll definitely fall in love with me. I laughed again.

The next morning I woke up early so I can bake the cupcakes na, I made the batter last night para less hassle sa morning, I'm mabagal pa naman.

I was happily walking through the hallways when I spotted Ken na papunta sa classroom nila na katabi lang ng amin. I went to him and waved my hand cutely.

"Good morning Ken" I greeted cheerfully but he just eyed me coldly. I'll melt that ice in your heart Ken ko.

"Good morning" he greeted back in a husky voice and I almost jumped in glee.

I beamed at him and gave the box of cupcakes I baked.

"What's that?" he said coldly. Err kelan ko ba makikita ang sweet side ng bebe ko? Patience, Scarlet. Darating din ang panahon na magiging sweet and loving siya sa'kin. I giggled at that.

"I baked cupcakes for you" I answered and pasimple kong hinawakan ang hand niya and squeezed it softly before putting the box on his grip.

He hesitated for awhile but then sighed and said,"Salamat"

He walked passed me but I immediately grabbed his arm.

He stopped and looked at me, I almost shiver just by looking at his cold eyes. I smiled and kissed his cheek, his eyes widen and I just waved my hand in a mahinhin way para kunwari shy ako before going inside our classroom.

I almost hopped to reach my seat due to my overflowing happiness but stopped when I saw Xeiden seated behind my chair and was eyeing me sarcastically.

Kumunot ang noo ko, I shrugged and raised my brow at him.

Umismid siya at umirap. What the?! What's his problem ba?

I went to his seat and made sipa sa chair niya, I glared at him and also made irap.

I heard him scoffed when I took a seat na. I glanced sideways and smirked at him.

"Cupcake my ass" he whispered.

My jaw dropped when I heard what he murmured.
