Sequenced Adoration

Before Everything Changed

~No one's p.o.v.~

It was another glorious day at Cherryton Academy because there was going to be a new student joining this school. For the first time, this student is actually a mixed breed of dalmatian and a Portuguese water dog. Her name is Izumi Akahoshi and this was going to be a whole new adventure for her.

~Izumi's p.o.v.~

I step out of my parents car once we drove past the academy's gates. I looked around and saw students of different species walk around. I smiled at the sight and looked back over to my parents and siblings as they also get out of the car.

"Are you sure you want to attend Cherryton Academy, Izumi? We can always send you to the same school your sister, Mina, went to." I heard my mother say as I could hear the tone in her voice. My mother is Dr. Selene Akahosi, the city's top surgeon and who always wants the best for me, my sister, and my brother along with my dad.

"Selene, my love, Izumi will be fine. She chose this school for a reason just like how we let Mina choose hers. We have to let her start her path sometime.", I heard my father say, but I could still tell that they are worried about me.

~Izumi's p.o.v.~

I could understand why they would be worried because they have a good reason too. Let me break it down for you: My mother is an British/Japanese dalmatian and my father is a Portuguese water dog. Yes, two different breeds which means my siblings and I would be mixed breeds, but here is the thing: My older sister, Mina, looks exactly like our mother while my younger brother, Darien, looks exactly like my father. As for me, I have my mother's spots, but I have my father's super curly fur and fluffy tail. When I was born, my family knew I was going to be different from my siblings from the moment I was brought into the world, but they loved me no matter what. I was often confused as an adopted pup by others or I was often called a freak because of how I look. Yes, it hurt, but I learned to ignore the hateful words and actually make a friend who would always be there for me.

~Back to Izumi's p.o.v.~

I smiled when I heard my best friend since I was a kid run up to my family. I was soon tackled into a hug by Tem, a super friendly, but still shy male alpaca.  He smiles happily as he hugs me tightly while greeting my family.

"I'm so glad you decided to come to Cherryton Academy, Zumi! I'll be the best tour guide for you and make sure you don't get lost!"

"I know you won't, Tem.", I said  happily and hugged him back. Tem and I have been friends since we met each other in kindergarten. He actually stood up to some kids who were being mean to me on the playground. He liked how I looked and never treated me like an outsider.

~Tem's p.o.v.~

I am so happy to see my best friend come to stay at my school with me! I have known Izumi for a long time and I truly care about her and wants what is best for her like her parents do. "The headmaster wants me to escort you to your room so you can unpack and meet your roommate then we will go over your class schedule while your family has a talk with the headmaster." "Sounds good!"

~No one's p.o.v.~

While the two went to move her things into her room and her family head to the office of the headmaster have their talk, they do not see a  certain grey wolf watching the two students. That grey wolf is Legoshi, the quiet student and fellow member of the academy's drama club. He wondered who tho female was and could take a guess that judging from the way they interacted that this was the girl that Tem was talking about. "She's very pretty..." He spoke softly as he watched the female canine and male alpaca carry the items. Without thinking, he walks over to them as his tail wagged a bit.

"Hey Tem, need a hand?"

"Thank you Legoshi. Legoshi this is Izumi Akahosi and Izumi this this Legoshi. He is in the drama club with me, but he helps with the lights and stage work."

"Nice to meet you Legoshi." She extends her hand to the tall wolf as he gently takes her hand to shake.

~Legoshi's p.o.v.~

I made sure he did not grip her hand too hard or scratch her with his claws. He did not want to ruin his first impression on the small canine. As I shook her hand, he noticed some of her features as I could see that she is a mixed breed. I know she is mixed with a dalmatian obviously because of her spots, but I could not tell what the other half is. I saw a very distinctive mark which was the flower over her left eye. "Beautiful.." I thought in his mind as I soon let go of her hand. I picked up one of her heavier boxes and followed them to the girl's dorm room.

~Kiara's p.o.v.~

I was super excited to finally meet my new roommate as I fixed the welcome banner. I hear footsteps and got even more excited that I almost exploded, but I remained calm since I did not want to scare her. I see the door open to reveal my new roommate who was an adorable dalmatian, along with Tem and the lone wolf, Legoshi. As soon as I saw her, I threw confetti on her and smiled.

"Hi! Welcome home roomie! My name is Kiara and I really hope we can become good friends!" I smiled happily and hugged the girl as I see her tail wag happily.

"Thank you Kiara. My name is Izumi and I think we are going to be great friends!" She smiles back at me as she hugs me back.

 ~Mini Timeskip~

~No one's p.o.v.~

Once everything was unpacked and set up, Izumi said good bye to her family and went to get her class schedule ready. She and Kiara had become fast friends as they had a lot in common, which is always a positive. Soon night time came and everyone was in their rooms either asleep or were still awake doing other things.

Tem was still out running lines for the play that he was in and was heading back until he comes across someone that would change everything for the worse....

Before everything changed, it was calm and peaceful, but now we have stepped into a real life nightmare that no one can wake up from.
