Touya Todoroki- the runaway kid

Chapter 1 - Do i know him

"Come with me kid."

The teen struggled with this she wasn't going to go anywhere with a pro hero especially after what she did. Plus who in there right mind would go with a stupid false idol, she had run from one why would she go back to another.

"Fuck off!"

"Kid come with me I won't hurt you."

"Why?" Honestly confused why would a hero help they all self centred pricks

"Why what?"

"Why would you help me... you know Dabi the flame villain." Her voice broke at the word villain but she never wanted to be a villain. "I'm evil! A monster."

"Listen closely you're are not evil-" Eraser head sighed

"Yes I am! Just get it over and done with kill me already... I deserve it." Her voice hitched, "I'm a criminal and I can't even control my stupid quirk so do what everyone would do and do it!"

"What! I would never kill you!" He yelled... GOD Hizashi was rubbing of on him, "just take my hand and we can go to the hero-"

"NO!!!"

"But-"

"I'd rather you kill me here right now. They all so fake. I don't even know why I bothered talking." She was thinking of a way to run and had found an easy way but you know what she was sick of running. To be far she was sick of everything, she just wanted it all to stop. Her thoughts were interrupted by the erasure hero speaking.

"How about we go to my apartment boy." She cringed at that word, "and we get some rest."

"But-"

"You need a place to stay and you don't want to go with the other heroes so why not. Also we can discuss this over breakfast when was the last time you ate plus i need a nap!"

Reluctantly she nodded and followed Shouta all the way back to his place in compete silence. Both thinking about the other -

Aizawa's thoughts: Dabi trusted him how weird, he looks like a skeptic and definitely the paranoid type. Why would he think I would murder him no less a pro hero hurt another human. Did a hero hurt him? I'm probably over thinking this. Thank God it Saturday tomorrow

Dabi's thoughts: how in hell can he trust me?! I'm a frickin' bad guy. Isn't he scared that I'm going to kill him. Am I seriously going to stay at his place tonight? I don't have anywhere to go plus it'll be nice to sleep in a bed again. Thank hell it's Saturday tomorrow.

After these thoughts Dabi began contemplating life choices and The hero began to just mindlessly walk to his apartment. They'd arrive at a neat block of apartments and walked to a golden wooden door opening the door he began the tour of his living space.

"Uh this way to the guest room!" He said in a monotone voice as he lazily pointed out the kitchen, bathroom, the lounge room, his room, toothbrush and most I importantly the cat! The hero began to think this was a bad idea coming to the end of the tour but was it really a smart idea to bring a notorious villain into his living space showing him his cat. What happens if he take Mewo hostage? A/n if you can come up with a better name. I'll definitely change it. No he wouldn't he is just a child he wouldn't do that all he is is misunderstood.

"Here's the room you'll be staying in. I'm next door if you need something knock." He turned on his heal and began to walk to his room.

"Thank you!" Said the younger deciding the floor was very pretty to look at, "I have a question how can you trust me? I mean you just invited me to your place, showed me your cat and are leaving me. Aren't you scared that maybe I'll kill you in your sleep. I mean I'm grateful and all but how?" She carried on rambling in true midoriya fashion and upon noticing she took a breathe in, "I mean I try not to be a bad person but I am (deliberately not using gender not that the other sleep deprived noticed)."

"Your not a bad person just made bad choices. Trust me when I say that. Trust is a two way street so I have to trust that you wouldn't murder me. I just have to say
1) Don't run away stay the night, you look as tired as me and that's saying something
2) Stay for food tomorrow. When was the last time you ate you look like a twig
3) I'm going have to ask you question so please answer them unless they are uncomfortable then I won't press
4) I believe your a good person at heart
Now I'm going to sleep please don't hurt my cat or there will be blood!"

Dabi snickered at the last statement which made Shouta raise an eyebrow.

"Okay. Uh I promise I won't abuse or harm your cat in any way shape or form. If it makes you feel better I won't murder you at night. I hate killing I'd never do it on purpose... I just wanted you to know that so I don't look like I complete heartless." She yawned, "anyways thanks again for not killing me and taking me in for the night and not giving me to the heroes and-"

"It's okay. Just we talk in the morning."

"Night aizawa-senseii!" She murmured not realising her slip up as she toddled through the door and closing the door behind her.

Only after the pro hero had brushed his teeth then had gotten into his bed he had realised what the villain said. His last words and thought before going into his dreamless sleep was, "Do I know him!"

So this is probably I bit confusing for most people so Dabi is a girl but no one seems to know that. I may explain it a bit later why she pretends to be a boy.
