chapter sixteen

*chapter sixteen*

Jack and Mr Hansen walked into the room, they looked horrified. Jack couldn't take his eyes off my stomach and neither could Mrs Hansen. I was beginning to panic what's going to happen now? I questioned myself before turning to look at Jack again.

"Jack? Am I really pregnant?!" I asked, Jack didn't respond he just held hiatus head to the ground slowly moving his left foot from side to side. Jack was getting angry, I could see his eyes turning darker than black, I gulped before turning to look at Mr and Mrs Hansen. "will someone please explain what is going on here?" I yelled to make damn sure they heard me.

All three of them turned to give me a saddened look "no" tears began to run fast down my cheeks, I can't believe this has happened to me. I stood up and walked past them without looking back, I need out of this room and out of this house away from them.

Mr Hansen's pov

Lily left the room, I tried my hardest to go after her but I just couldn't so I let her leave, my mum and dad looked at me with pain and sorrow in their eyes "Jack, sweetheart are you okay?" my mum said as she made her way over to me "what do you think?" my mum took a step back looking frightened, I knew she must have saw the anger in my eyes, I will kill the prince if it's the last thing I do!

After six hours Lily still wasn't back, I was beginning to think all sorts, maybe the prince has her? I quickly shook the thought out if my head "we need to go and find Lily, she has been gone for far too long Jack!" my dad said as he patted the back of my shoulder. I nodded in agreement before walking towards the door. when we got outside dad go inside his Bentley before handing me keys to his Bentley continental before saying "we need to split up, I'll take the Bentley and one of my guards, you take Raymond with you he's my best guard" I nodded to show I understood, I turned to look at Raymond he was about seven foot and built like a shit house, I felt tiny compared to him "right big lad let's go" I said trying to sound not so intimidated by his hugeness. Raymond smiled almost as if he knows what I'm thinking, once we were in the Bentley continental I put my foot door and drove out of the gates, dad went left so I went right.

Lily's pov

I left hours ago, I began to walk in every direction before getting lost, I was hungry, thirsty and because I'd walked for so long my body ached everywhere. I was sitting thinking about what was happening back at the house would Jack come and find me when he replies how long I've been gone? will he even care? I mean I am carrying a hybrid baby belonging to the prince. I didn't feel pregnant in fact I felt great. I sat down on a tree trunk in the woods, I sat for over an hour trying to use my powers to hear Jack so I knew which direction I was to walk to, but I heard nothing, I began to panic wondering if I didn't hear because we were no longer linked, that maybe he didn't feel the same anymore. tears began to roll down my face.

Another hour went bye and still no sign of Jack, I started sobbing when I hear what sounded like a twig break-in, I instantly turned my head, I could see anyone or anything, I though to myself "am I hallucinating?" I nodded my head in agreement with my thought, I heard it again, but this time it was much closer "who's there!" I shouted with trembling fear building up in my throat, I looked up and couldn't believe who I saw, it was a face I would never forget, a face I definitely did not want to see again in fact. "Christian?" Christians face was as smirk as ever, he was enjoying my fear I could just tell "well, well little Lily, I told you I'd see you again, and well what do we have here?" Christian bent down and placed his ear to my belly, I tried to push him away but with his strength it was just impossible to even make him budge. "now now Lily, you can't take your anger out on me, I'm the father to your child" I gulped down hard before using every inch of courage I had left and yelled "you are no father to my child, I've seen it!?" Christians face began to turn into pure anger "your lying!" he yelled through clenched teeth, I smiled warily at him "no I'm not, I've seen it" I smile in pure amusement, Jack looks into my eyes before backing away and looking horrified "no! it can't be, you are supposed to be with me not him" I began to get pissed off at him now "Christian I will never be with you ever! you may be this child's biological father but it takes a real man to be a proper father, unfortunately for you I have Jack and he will help me raise this baby!" Christian stepped back before running off, I sighed in relief I was honestly beginning to lose my cool, I can't believe he gadgets the nerve to come to me after what he did, and how have I got Alto of courage all of a sudden, a few days ago I actually would have wet myself at even the thought of him, I tried searching for Jack again but still couldn't, I sighed then remembered he told me he had a mind block, maybe he's using it? so I shouted for Jack at the top of my voice hoping he could hear me back "Jack, I'm lost please help!" then all of a sudden I heard jacks voice talking to someone, then I heard him saying "I'm so sorry Lily, for one I had my shield up and two for even letting you walk out" I smiled before saying "it's ok I love you Jack" I sighed with a smile in my face whilst waiting on Jack to come for me.

"Lily?" I heard Jack call, he sounded confused, I followed his voice, "Jack I'm hear" I ran to him like there was no tomorrow and kissed him over and over again, some big mean looking man was beside Jack, I giggled a little "Jack you look so tiny against him" Jack didn't look amused, I'm telling you if he wasn't a vampire he would be blushing right now. I hugged into Jack as he lifted me from my feet and held me close to him, whilst he walked back to the car.

twenty minutes later we arrived back at jacks mum and dad's house, I could hear A lot of people talking, it was voices I didn't recognise. when Jack and I walked through the door someone grabbed me from Jack, "Jack?" I gasped. Jack couldn't bring himself to look at me so I turned to Mr and Mrs Hansen who where standing beside each other looking to the guy that was holding me, I looked up to this tall figure, it was really built, slightly paler than Jack, his eyes where blood red "what is going on?" I asked directed to everyone in the house, Mr Hansen stepped forward before looking at Jack then to me "Lily you can not keep that thing inside you, it will kill you, your going to be taken with these people, they will perform surgery on you to remove it then Jack will be aloud you back" I gulped down "but you can't!" I pleaded with Jack, "Jack tell them about our dream, tell them" everyone stopped dead "let her go, she's not in danger, both Lily and I have seen her future the child holds no threat to her or anyone else" everyone glared at Jack in horror, "let me down" I shouted to the man that was holding me tightly "no can do, that thing has to be killed no matter what, she is carrying the next royal heir if she continues through with this she must go back to prince Christian!" he said looking angrily at everyone.

Mr Hansen's pov

I looked to Lily to see her terrified face, I could tell she didn't want to go back to Christian but I could Also see that she needed to tell me something "can I have a moment alone with Lily" I asked to the large man holding her, he didn't reply just simply nodded and put her down. Lily ran to me and jumped into my arms wrapping her arms around my neck and legs around my waist so tightly for a human. I carried Lily up to her room and set her down on the bed "Jack, Christian came to me in the woods" anger began to run through my body before I replied "what did he say Lily? " Lily put her head down almost ashamed of what she's about to say. "Jack I told him that he wasn't the father to this baby, I told him you would help me raise it, Christian looked angry and said I wasn't suppose to be with you, that it was him I was destined to be with". I couldn't say anything other than "he was with you in the woods!" Lily looked up at me "Jack it's always been you, I can't be with Christian I just can't, but I Also can't lose this baby" my anger turned to sorrow I understood every word she just told me, "but Lily this baby can kill you!" I said to hurt to even look at her "Jack I know this baby won't kill me, I've I mean we have saw the dream" Lily couldn't take her eyes of me, I walked over to Lily and kissed her whilst taking her into my embrace.

The door flew open revealing the one people I thought would give us more time. "Jack what's it going to be? dead baby or back to Christian?" I looked to Lily giving her a reassuring look to trust me. she knew I had a plan so didn't ask questions "she's to be taken back to Christian" I said through clenched teeth "what, Jack, no!" Lily shouted as the tall build guy through her over his shoulder and walked throughout the house to a car parked in the drive way. I hope this plan works I say over and over in my mind.
