after hours of dress shopping I could finally put my feet up with a cup of tea in one hand and a book in the other.

Jack walked in looking very flustered "Lily I have to go away for a few hours, I should be back later, do you need anything while I'm gone?" something was up with Jack he didn't seem himself "where are you going Jack, is everything OK?" Jack stood and looked at me deeply "Lily it's important I will explain everything when I get back, I promise, I really have to go" Jack finished as he placed a kiss on my head "OK sweety see you soon" I said as he ran for the door.

Miracle was in her room playing ponies so I took as sip of my tea and began to read through my book.

I looked to the clock to see that it had just gone nine so I put my book down and walked up the stairs to Miracle's room, I opened the door before walking in, Miracle was lying on the floor, she was sleeping as I could still see her slowly breathing up and down, I crunched down to pick her up, Miracle didn't wake up so I slowly placed her into her bed before hopping her in tightly and kissing her forehead, I then began to lift all her toys and put them away, I lifted a pony up and saw a little gold ring beneath it, who owns this and why is it in my daughters room? I decided not to wake miracle, I will ask her in the morning.

I was beginning to get worried as it was now past five and Jack still wasn't home, I was so tired that I decided to fall asleep on the couch while I waited on Jack.

I hate myself for lying to Lily but when a friend of mine rang me and told me he had found Lily's father I had to come see for myself, come and find out if what the prince done was in fact true, I was sitting in my car when I saw a car pull into a drive, I looked closer as I saw a young girl no more than twelve step out of a car with a teenage boy around sixteen, there was Also a blonde haired lady and a man that I knew instantly was the guy I was looking for, he looked so much like Lily you would think he was actually the one to have given birth to her. I watch as the lady, boy and girl walked inside the house whilst Lily's father stayed behind to collect things from inside the car boot, I got out of my car and ran as fast as possible before grabbing him and running back to my car. I threw him in my boot and drove off towards the woods. as I was driving all I could hear were bangs coming from the boot, I pulled into the woods before getting out of the car to make sure no body was about, the woods was empty so I walked to my boot and opened it, I grabbed Lily's father before flinging him against a tree he whimpered as he fell to his knees, I walked towards him "do you know who I am?" he sat in shock " no I don't, what do you want with me?" anger rose from the pit of my stomach "your lying, but let's play the game anyway. do you remember a little girl called Lily?", as I had said Lily's name his face slowly began to turn from pink to pale grey, " what's wrong did I catch a nerve" I shouted through clenched teeth, he finally spoke "Lily is dead, how did you know her,?" he questioned, "Lily is alive and well in fact she is engaged to be married and has a little daughter" the anger almost faded at the thought of Lily becoming my wife. "your lying two vampires killed her and my ex wife Rosalie, and I can tell by your strength you are one too?" I laughed " Rosalie is dead yes, but Lily isn't, now stop with this dumb game, you know what happened as you organised the whole charade" he looked almost sad, he didn't know what I was talking about, but it must be true otherwise he would Also be dead. I sat down beside him so I could tell him the story I had been told "you were cheating on your wife with another lady I presume to be the blonde girl you where with a half an hour ago, because you didn't have the balls to tell your wife, you let her be raped then killed, you Also let your daughter be raped and sold to vampires as a slave!" I spat out making sure ever word would really haunt him "that's not true, I went to the vampire to help me, they said if I would let my daughter and wife be free from me they would make sure they never remembered it, then I saw on the local news that Rosalie had been killed, so I assumed Lily was Also dead" this doesn't seem to add up, if it was on the news just Rosalie was dead why would he just assume, I myself am a father and if I had to I would do everything in my power to see if my daughter was alive, I turned away and heard his voice continue to talk " of I had of known they were going to kill Rosalie and take Lily I would never have asked them for help, I was a coward, a whimp and I don't deserve to have the wonderful life I have now" I looked into the mans eyes I wished dead for doing that to my Lily. "I'll do you a deal, I'll kill you son daughter and wife now then you can live" tears began rolling down his face "please, don't I'll do anything" the anger inside me was beginning to fade "you were willing to move on with Rosalie and Lily dead, so what's stopping you from doing it again" he looked deeply at me "kill me instead, I've done one mistake and don't want to make the same mistake" I sighed before throwing him over my back and placing him into the passengers seat then driving off.

after ten minutes of driving I heard a voice coming from beside me "can I see her", "who?" I asked knowing he meant Lily "Lily and my granddaughter?". "no you can't, you will be going to my cellar until I can't get my father to read your mind to see if you have been lying to me, he nodded in agreement then laid his head back before letting out a little sigh.

I drove up the drive way and stopped outside, Edward was standing waiting by the door. I gave Edward a little nod before walking past and handing him the keys to my car on the way. Edward walked towards my car and opened the passenger door, grabbed Lily's father and threw him over hiatus shoulder. I walked through the hall, into the kitchen, I opened the fridge door and pulled out a carton of blood, as I set the carton on the counter I heard a yell, I ran to Miracle's room as I knew the yell wasn't coming from Lily. I pushed the door open to see my daughter talking in her sleep, then all of a sudden she yelled "no. mummy" Miracle jumped up out of her sleep before I could get to her on time "it's OK baby, it's just a bad dream, lie down and I'll cuddle you for a while" Miracle nodded before lying back down, I lay beside her and put my arm around her and began to tickle her softly.
