A year has passed since they met. Happiness is rare for them however. They argue and she flinches but he knows why. She loves him and tells him all of the time. He calls her perfect, although her flaws are so evident. They are strong though. They are closer than a hipster and their iPhone. They are so incredibly in love and it is clear to see. Many times have they been complimented upon their adoring stares. He protects her when they go out because she shakes with fright.
They still fuck. Oh do they fuck. Vi and Poppy call them rabbits. It is different though. He is gentle and careful and is set on pleasing her, not caring for his own release. She pleases him just by living, breathing, being. She still has her lilac hair and he still has the same chestnut brown quiff that she loves to run her hands through.
They are irrevocably in love. No doubt about that.
