As we neared Lucifer's house , a big , tall white house came into view . It looked exactly like those in the Disney movies before it starts . I looked at the house in shock . "Ohmigosh!!" , I exclimed , " this is where you live ?!" Lucifer just chuckled at my expression , opened the door and jogged out to open my side for for me . I nodded my thanks . I had spoke to soon . Inside the house was just as magnificent as the outside .
I spun around taking in the pure white walls , not a speck of dirt , the diamond chandelier to the leather sofas and the plush fur carpets . Lucifer then left me to a room . It was just as magnificent as downstairs . "This is our room" , he announced . " What , our room ?" , I questioned . "Yup " , he replied , wiggling his eyebrows . "Have a bath and change into some comfy clothes and come downstairs to meet the men" , be ordered at slammed the door behind him .
I signed but obeyed . After a relaxing bath , I changed into some ripped jeans and a white off the shoulder crop top . I stood outside the door wondering how the hell I'm a going to get "downstairs" . Finally , u found it .
All the men stopped talking as soon as they saw me . I locked eyes with the man that bust down my door . He smirked and winked . I then diverted my gaze to Lucifer . He hand motioned me to come seat next to him. I quickly went over . "Guys ", he said . " This is Faith Luca , my soon to be wife." My spine tingled at the word wife. "Faith , this is the fam , meaning the rest of the mafia ", he said as I watched the stone set faces .
"And " , he continued , "this is Draven Ricci , second in command" , he nodded to the same guy that bust my door . Draven walked up to me smiling . " In sorry for the harshness I gave you earlier on " , he said . "I hope that we could be good friends" he held out his hand to me . I firmly shook it . "Y-yes ", I said . He then again gave me that eccentric smile , turned around and rush back to his seat .
"Well ", Lucifer stated . " I have to go to work so here." He took out a phone form his pocket and gave it to me . "Call me ONLY if it's an emergency." I nodded . He and his men filed out .
Back in my room , I sat down and remembered the dark days of my life. Yes I was bullied ...yes I was laughed at , abused , used , cheated on and goddd ; I actually liked Lucifer , I hope he doesn't do me like Phillip , my terrible ex who'd rape me and slap me if I didnt look happy at his side in public outings . Oh how I yearned to get off him . I thought he loved me but the day I came home from work , I saw him on our bed - OUR BED with another girl ... Blonde , sexy curvy and more beautiful than me ; I just knew I had to get out . So I did right there and then , I didnt even take clothes just ran down back to my house where I cried and where my dad and Rain threatened to kill that " Son of a fucking bitch" . Ended up just leaving him alone and drowning deeper into depression .
One day , I was passing by his street and on the park ; I saw him and his " New girl" cuddling and she didnt even look like she was faking her smile ...it was as if ..she looked genuinely happy with him . " I hope Lucifer makes me happy with him , I hope I dont have to fake smile for him" , I thought as I sat on the bed in tears and looked up and the ceiling.
