"Faith! , If you don't get your butt down here I'm eating your pancakes !" , My big brother shouted from downstairs . I ran down the stairs as fast as i could , because I know he would eat them . I dashed across the kitchen and sat down at my spot .
Mom was dead , so me and my big brother , Rain lived with our dad. Don't get me wrong , living with dad had perks . I'm in my senior year of high school and rain was in collage . Dad had made us pancakes for breakfast and it was caked in syrup . ( Another perk )
As I was into my sixth bite , the door burst open . A handsome and dressed in an Armani jacket cane in with a gun cocked . "Where's the fucking money Luca" , his deep Italian voice said . " I-i don't have it right now ", My dad stuttered . The man's face turned a shade darker . " Rain " , he said . Nice to see you " . Rain just nodded his head . "Well " , the man started . " I'll have to take a compensation" , he nodded to me .
My dad eyes widened . " Oh no please ! Not faith !" , He begged . "Rain " , the man said , " take Faith up to her room to pack a simple suitcase , the boss would love to have her." While my dad pleaded with the man to let me go, Rain took me upstairs to pack . He was quiet while he watched me pack . Only after I finished , he took my both hands and said " Faith, your life is about to change , big-time . Promise me you won't fuck it up." I nodded as tears blurred my vision . We walked arm in arm to the car outside .
When I got in I saw an equally hadsome man taking on the phone . He didn't notice me as yet so i decided to check him out more. My jaw almost dropped . . His stance screamed power and control . I know that they say that they say that the eyes are the windows to the soul . Well .. his soul was stone and dead . Empty almost . His eyes were grey , steel and demonic looking . He wore a dark suit with his brown hair carefully slicked to the side . And his jawline . Jesussssssssssssssss . The stuff I could do .. I want to jump on him and work wonders on that jaw .. stop it Faith ! I scolded myself . This is the guy who is kidnapping me !
When he finally noticed me me ended the call and turned to me and smiled . I didn't smile back , just looked out the window . " Hello Faith" , he said . "H-hi" , I stuttered . "I'm Lucifer D'rosa." "Oh " was all I said. "Let me tell you a few things about me , I hate people to talk back to me , I hate people to roll their eyes at me , also I am a very forgiving man so I bought you from your father for 40,000." I gasped in surprise ," so dad-". "Yes , what your father did in there was all a show." I just couldn't believe it . "So I'm purchased?" Lucifer smiled.
"Yes honey , I would more likely to say your a purchased Wife." "Wife", I gasped . Lucifer just grinned at me and the rest of the ride was silent as I pondered on what the hell was going to happen to me .
