You were attending the school prom. Last year you attended because your ex boyfriend wanted you to accompany him. But this year, you came alone. Your ex boyfriend met a new girl at the prom last year and broke up with you. This year, that girl had him as her prom date.
You actually wanted to go tonight so as to show your ex that you could live without him. But you are actually regretting it now, feeling quite lonely and out of place without a date.
While you were picking food at the buffet dinner, you bumped into your ex and his girlfriend. You just smiled and prepared to move away. But the girlfriend just didnt want to let you pass without a show. "So have you found someone new, _______?" " I suppose you havent seeing you have no date tonight.Oh how sad... I am lucky i found my soulmate already.. I bet we will be very happy together" You wanted to punch that lady but you held yourself back and wanted to walk away. But before you could do so, an arm was slung casually around your shoulder.
"Hey. Who said she has no date? I am her date." You were stoned as you stared at your ex and his girlfriends expression. You slowly turned around and gawked at the sight infront you. All around there were excited whispers , grumblings and high pitched giggles.. Kai was your past, a high school love. You left him for your ex. But you wished that you hadnt leave Kai.. After the girlfriend had dragged your ex away in embarrasement, you brought Kai out to the balcony.
"Why did you come back? " " uh... because of you?" "what? Your unsure?" " sigh. after you left me, i thought we were over but i realize you werent marrying him yet. I still had a chance. And now that your single, why not?" " what makes you think i still love you?" " because i'm handsome , good in dancing, and have many good points?" "And what make you think you still like me after i broke your heart?" "because... i dont know either" " tsk.Bye." " Wait!! because your still that cocky girl. if you never change your character. then i suppose your feelings for me didnt change?" " Bastard.
