DAVID AND THE BEANSTALK

CHAPTER 11 EXPLANATIONS PART 4

After completing the five weeks of their daily exercise routines, Luke Rovallo decided that it was time to move on and actually have David, Charleton, Hillary, Nick and Robert start their real training. This meant they would now learn everything they would need to know on their mission to sneak into Koval's castle and rescue Princess Lesley. This included doing an obstacle course and then they would later be using weapons and would have to fire at targets.

Noticing that David, Robert, Hillary, Nick and Charleton seemed a little unmotivated, Luke once again decided to tell them all about another true story that happened in Evermore in the past. However, Luke warned them that unlike the previous story he had told them, this one wasn't as happy as the one about Lesley's birth.

"Let me tell you yet another story," Luke spoke. "Here's what happened 12 years ago, it all started when..."

-Flashback

12 years ago and two months after Lesley was born, who hadn't yet received her name, her parents, King Endurance and Queen Perseverance could be seen riding in a TEFF van with their baby being chased by some TKES members, who were in hot pursuit of them! "Endurance and Perseverance, by order of King Koval, you are under arrest!" The king, queen, Marcus Rovallo and some other members of TEFF, who were all in the TEFF van heard from a TKES vehicle filled with TKES men that was chasing them! "Stop and surrender now or you will be killed!"

The king, queen, Marcus and the other TEFF members present, of course, didn't listen and didn't trust any of the TKES men that were chasing them as they all knew that like Koval, they couldn't be trusted. They were aware that even if they complied, the king and queen would still be killed anyway, as per Koval's orders and they couldn't let that happen!

The TKES men, seeing that they were being ignored, starting shooting at the TEFF van with their own guns! In response, some of the TEFF men inside the TEFF van shot back at their vehicle!

This led to a dangerous and crazy shootout between both sides that lasted for a little while until TEFF managed to win the fight after shooting and destroying the tires of the TKES vehicle, which sent it and all the TKES men inside it careening off the road and over a cliff and to their deaths! While Koval, the man who was behind all of Evermore's suffering and pain for all these years was still alive, the king, queen, Marcus and the other TEFF men with them in the TEFF men enjoyed knowing that justice had been served to those TKES men, who betrayed Evermore and had hurt and killed innocent people during their days of working for the corrupt Koval regime!

Later, that very day, at night, back at TEFF HQ, King Endurance and Queen Perseverance now looked very worried. "This is the 6th time this month we've been attacked by Koval's goons!" King Endurance said. "We've been very lucky that we haven't been caught or killed, but Koval and his forces are becoming a real problem for me, my wife and our baby girl!"

Marcus, Luke and Seth Rovallo, who were all in the same room with them agreed and shared their concern. "We can't leave this base without fear that me, my husband and our baby will be attacked by Koval's cronies at any moment!" Queen Perseverance added.

"Don't worry, king and queen!" Luke promised the king and queen. "We've done a good at hiding this base very well! Koval and his forces still don't know where our headquarters is and you can rest assured that you and your daughter will be safe here!"
