Changbin waited in his room quietly, glancing at the clock from time to time.

Minutes seemed like hours and hours seemed like days. It's currently 2 in the morning. Everyone on the street is sleeping peacefully, as Changbin waits for the clock to hit the 2:30 mark.

Changbin watches as the minutes go by, dozing off once in a while, only to be jolted awake by even the tiniest of sounds.

Changbin closed his eyes for what only seemed like a few seconds, only to be woken up by pebbles tapping against his window lightly.

Changbin sat up in his bed, grabbing his Snorlax plush and glancing out the window.

Changbin gasped lightly, pushing the window open as quietly as he could.

"Hyunjin! You could've just texted and not almost break my window."
Changbin scolded in a whisper.

Hyunjin giggled lightly, holding out his arms.
"Jump. I'll catch you!"
Hyunjin whisper shouted.

Changbin pulled his legs out as quietly as possible, shaking lightly as he stepped onto the roof.

Changbin held his breath, going to jump.

"Are you sure you aren't going to drop me?"

Hyunjin laughed, motioning for Changbin to jump.

"That's not a no."

With that he held his breath, closed his eyes, and jumped.

"where are we going exactly?"
Changbin asked, Hyunjin pulling him down some abandoned road.

Hyunjin hushed him, pulling him around a corner.

The two stopped in front of a tall fence with a 'Do Not Enter' sign on it.
Changbin rolled his eyes.

"I'll give you a boost."
Hyunjin said, leaning against the fence and holding out his hands.

Changbin sighed for the fifth time that night, climbing up with Hyunjin's help.

Hyunjin came tumbling over after him.

Hyunjin grabbed Changbin's hand again, pulling him around and up a grassy hill.

Hyunjin turned around.
"close your eyes, it's a surprise."
Hyunjin urged.

Changbin rolled his eyes, closing his eyes, Changbin felt as Hyunjin grabbed onto his waist, leading him along.

After about 10 minutes of Changbin's complaining and Hyunjin's giggles, Hyunjin finally stopped.

"Open your eyes."

Changbin opened his eyes slowly.

Changbin stood in awe.
The faint purple fairy lights were hung on the trees, the soft sound of rushing river greeting his ears. Changbin watched as fireflies fluttered around.

Hyunjin grabbed Changbin by the wrist lightly tugging Changbin out of his trance.

Hyunjin lead the shorter over to a small picnic blanket under a large tree, there sat many samples of sweets and snacks.

Hyunjin grabbed out his phone and started light piano music for white noise.

"So? Is it nice?"
Hyunjin asked, looking at Changbin's expression.

Changbin couldn't speak, only nodding his head frantically, glancing around at the lights and lightning bugs in the air.

"Perfect."
