Changbin waits quietly as he stares off into the distance, only moving when he feels a light tap on his shoulder, knowing it can only be one person, he looks up slowly.

Hearing a soft gasp, Changbin looks down at his hands, suddenly feeling self conscious.

Changbin stays stiff when long arms wrap around him tightly.
"Dear god Changbin... Who did this to you?" Hyunjin asks softly, moving away from the hug slightly as he studied the bruises on Changbin's honey like skin.

"I can't tell you... Can you just hold me?" Hyunjin looks at him softly, running his hands through the shorter's hair lightly, before nodding slowly.

Hyunjin pulls Changbin into a soft bear hug, and Changbin nestles his head into Hyunjin's neck.

Hyunjin hums quietly, caressing Changbin's arm lightly.

"My parents are fighting at home again... Sometimes I even wonder why they are still together. Constantly fighting over the minor things. They are always so toxic for eachother. And I'm just so tired of it... What's your family like binnie?" Hyunjin notices as Changbin stiffens slightly.

"You don't have to tell if you don't want to." Hyunjin trails.

"Nah, it's fine... Well, my dad died when I was young... So now I live with my mom. Though, most of the time it feels as if I have the house all to myself.. I remember when things at home weren't like this.. I remember all the good times I had with my mom and dad, but then he... Up and died on us and it's all my fault."
Changbin started to tremble as tears fell down his face at a worrisome speed, he couldn't stop it though.

No matter how many times he wiped the tears off his face they still made new trails.
Changbin started to hyperventilate, his breathing coming out at uneven speeds.

"Shhh it's okay... It wasn't your fault... Sometimes things just happen that you can't really avoid.." Hyunjin tries to comfort.

"No. No. If I just didn't want to go to that damn birthday party he'd still be here, mom wouldn't be so  violent and we'd all be happy. But no! I wanted to go to that damn party!" Changbin didn't even bother covering up his slip, and just let himself fall loose in Hyunjin's arms.

"Huh... I guess we both have some shitty home lives huh?"
Hyunjin chuckled darkly under his breath. Changbin let it get the best of him and he ended up letting out a light giggle too.

The two sat in a comfortable silence, the only noise being made was the sniffling of Changbin and the humming of Hyunjin.

"Let's get out of here. We can just run off together. Forget everything and anything, we can leave to the city, start anew. What about it?" Hyunjin suggested. Changbin pulled out of his hold slightly.

"We can't... We can't just leave everything behind us Hyunjin, what about our friends?" Hyunjin huffed lightly.

"Changbin... I've been planning to run away since I was like, 10. I've been saving up my money ever since. Bin, I've been planning my disappearance since I was a child."
