I tried to reach out for Joseph many times during the week but I had a feeling he was avoiding me. My friends said they also felt that Joseph has been very cold and doesn't initiate the greetings unless they would say "hi!" first.

I let it go and give myself a break reaching out for Joseph for a while and just hope one day we can get the chance to talk.

During the week, we elect new set of officers for the class and I am glad that they did not vote for me as the escort of this year's class. Rather, they voted for someone who is an exact opposite of me. Tall, dark and handsome and his name is Miguel. Actually, everybody was surprised to see Miguel's transformation because last year he was skinny and not too tall. Everybody was teasing him perhaps because he had himself circumcised during the school break and he devoted most of his time working out. But we were all happy for him and proud to represent our class because we heard that junior and senior high would be in a lot of competition this year and we should only provide our best people in the upcoming social events.

And for the first social events this year is Mister and Miss United Nations. And every class and each school year's batch will participate. Although, each class will be represented by they're elected escort and muse it would still be a class effort to ensure that they're representative are well supported. The class should sell tickets for their own representatives, doing some campaigns and promotions, get them the best costumes and talent performance for the actual competition.

The class was all excited and pledged our support to our candidates. We promised to do everything we can in order for our candidates to win.

I thought the competition has given me so much excitement already I had no idea that it can be more exciting because the event made my heart starts to open once again.
