Your POV

My eyes flutter open to be face to face with Patrick. I feel my face heat up and I take a scoot away from him. I roll onto my other side and I pull open the curtain to the bunk. I slide out and I lightly tiptoe over to the bus restroom.  I must've left my bag in here from last night. I hum the tune of 'Where Did The Party Go' as I dance around and brush my hair. Once I finish brushing my hair, I slip on a Save Rock and Roll shirt, followed by some ripped black skinny jeans. After that, I pulled on some  finger-less fishnet gloves. I dug through my small amount of makeup I have, finding my eye shadow and blush. I add my usual; a slight bit of black eye shadow around my eyes.

I add blush on my cheeks, a tiny bit on my ears, and some on my nose. I grab my phone out of my bag and I zip it up, carrying it into the small room containing the other bags. I move the curtains to the hallway of the bunks open and I walk over to the end of the hallway, opening the curtains over at the end and entering the living room. I find a blanket on the couch and I wrap it around myself, curling up on the couch and playing on my phone. I hear shuffling around and I look up from my phone to see Pete lazily walking over to the couch to sit next to me. He rubs his eyes as he sits down, his legs dangling off the couch.

He lightly tugs at the blanket around me, most likely cold. I scoot to sit closer to him and I give him half of the blanket. I rest my head on his shoulder to get more comfortable. "Can we stop by at Starbucks?" I ask, just barely above a whisper.

Pete nods. "Yeah, I'll ask the driver." He slowly stands up and makes his way over to the driver. I hear small conversation from up by the drivers seat, but my attention snaps quickly over to the curtain opening again.

Patrick enters the living room area and he greets me with a tired smile and wave. I return the wave and the smile. "We're gonna stop by Starbucks real fast." I fill him in and he gives me a quick thumbs-up before sitting down next to me. I cuddled up next to him and I decide to rest my eyes as I wait for us to arrive at the nearest Starbucks.

Patrick gives me a tap on the shoulder and I slowly open my eyes. "We're at Starbucks now. I'll take your order and give it to Pete."

I nod, rubbing my eyes. "I'll have a (whatever coffee you like, if you don't like coffee, you're still having it for the sake of the story)." Patrick sends me a smile before standing up and heading over to where Pete was, probably sitting in the passenger seat with the driver. I lay down on my side, scrolling through social media on my phone.

It's so fucking freezing in here. A shaky breath leaves my lips as I stand up, still having the blanket around me. I walk over to Patrick's bunk - or our bunk - and I grab the blanket from there and wrap it around myself as well. I walk back to the couch to see Patrick setting the coffees on the table. He hands me my coffee and I mumble a 'thanks'. Then, I take a quick sip of the coffee.  "Hey Patrick, why is it so cold in here?"

He turns around to face me. "Sorry about that - we all like it cold in here." He smiles, scratching the back of his head.

I take a seat back on the couch. "It's fine. I was just wondering." I return the smile, adjusting my finger-less fishnet gloves. Patrick finally finds his coffee, making a satisfied 'aha!' once he finds it. He takes a seat next to me, spilling some of the coffee on himself. I let out a giggle. "It's like the night where we all watched a movie together and you got water on yourself." I smile, ruffling his hair.

He rolls his eyes playfully. "And you called me a 'dummy'." He adds.

I shrug with a smirk. "I don't know how once can spill drinks on their self so easily." I grab the TV remote and I start searching for something to watch.
