Chapter 17

I felt as if I were knee high in dog crap. I have never been so humiliated I just wanted to run and hide under a blanket and never come out. I had to say something to save my job.

"Mr.Bang I'm really sorry if I had disappointed you all in any way. I was just trying to get Namjoon home safely. He was about to make a huge mistake and it could've potentially ruined his career. I did what was best for Namjoon." I explained "I really hope you aren't going to kick us off the project if you do I understand"

"Ms.Y/N we were never going to kick you guys off the project" Mr.Bang said

"You weren't" Ben said surprised

"Myself and the members were actually going to thank Y/N for keeping Namjoon out of trouble. If you weren't there he could've ruined his career." He said

Namjoon looked confused "You called this meeting just for this?" He asked

"Oh Namjoon you know how we do it around here" Mr.Bang said

All the members began laughing.

"Y/N you are so lucky" Jason said

"I thought we were going to get fired" said Ben

"You all are doing amazing. All of us here are really enjoying you being here" Mr.Bang said "Well now that this is all over I think we should all get to the recording studio" He said

"Let's get it!!" Jungkook said excitedly

"What?!" I yelled

"Y/N we're gonna sing Boy With Luv for the collab album" Taehyung said

"W-Wait I'm singing!? Why didn't anyone tell me I haven't practiced! Namjoon you knew didn't you!" I yelled

He started laughing "Oh Y/N we wanted it to be a surprise" Namjoon said

"Let's hurry up and record so we can order lunch" Jin said

I followed the members to the recording studio with a lump in my throat.

"Nari why are you still with us?" I asked her

"Ohhh Y/N I wanna see my man sing" She said winking to Jason

"Ms.Park we were going to discuss language in the work place remember" Mr.Bang said

"Damn you HitMan Bang!!" Nari yelled

She stormed off with her arms folded with Mr.Bang.

"Okay" Jimin said "So you all will have vocal lines and we the rest of the members will act as back up vocals"

"Y/N will sing Halsey's verse" Jungkook said

"Won't Halsey get mad if I sing her verses" I asked

"Y/N it'll be fine" Namjoon said making the members laugh

"Okay everyone let's get to our microphones and make magic happen" Yoongi said

Still feeling anxious I walked up to my microphone I had a podium in-front of me with a sheet of lyrics with the song. It showed the part I was singing and everyone else's. The room was pretty crowded with the ten of us. Luckily we had a water bottle because I was getting hot and sweaty from nerves. Namjoon queued the person to began playing we put on our headphones and the intro began playing. I began singing Jimin's part.

We got through the song there were a few times they stopped me because I was off. Same thing with Ben and Jason. 12th times a charm because we finally got through the song.

"You guys did awesome!!" Jimin said

Hobi came and gave us all high fives. I was so flustered I had to get away for a second. 

"Hey guys I'm going to the restroom okay" I told them

"Y/N meet me in my studio when you're done" Namjoon said

I went to restroom and shut myself inside the stall. It felt like the past couple of days have been a dream. First I go on a date with Namjoon and spend the night at his apartment then I get to sing a song I absolutely love with BTS. Life is getting crazy but I'm loving the journey it's been taking me on so far.

I wash my hands and leave the restroom and go to RKive to wait for Namjoon because he's not there yet. Moments later he came inside.

"Y/N you have the most beautiful voice" he said

I started laughing "Oh Namjoon stop" I said

"I want you to sing Everything Goes with me for our collaboration" he said

"Really?! I'd love to when?" I asked

"Now" He said. He went to go turn on his computer he set up the sound equipment. He attached a microphone to his computer and set it on his desk so both me and him could sing into it.

"Namjoon I—" I tried saying but he grabbed my hand he sat down on his chair and then caught me off guard because he pulled me onto his lap.

"Namjoon how are we supposed to sing to like this" I asked

"I'm going to show you" he said kissing the side of my head

He picked up the mic and gave it to me.

"Namjoon I don't think I can do this" I said

"Y/N you are a singer I just saw you do it in the recording studio. I saw you sing with Tae that one night" He told me

"Okay but can I sit in my chair though I think I'll do better" I asked

He laughed "Of course"

I went to sit down. I looked into his beautiful dragon eyes they gave me comfort. He gave me a reassuring nod. I put on my headphones and he started playing the song. I started the first verse.

I've been intimate with a man before but this is a whole new level of intimacy. When we're singing together it's like our voices are made for each other. While we look deep into each others eyes while singing verses it's as if they're having sex with each other. I was so in love with this man. We finished the song and sang the last verse together.

I took off my headphones and stood up to stretch I was about to tell him how exhilarating that was but he didn't give me a chance. Namjoon pulled me by the waist and held me close to his body he leaned his forehead against mine and then started kissing me very passionately. His tongue found his way into my mouth making me moan. We walked towards the couch without breaking the kiss. He pulled me onto his lap and we went on with the make out session. Our hands explored each others bodies and our tongues explored each other's mouths.

"Y/N I want you to come home with me" He said into my ear

"I have to get my stuff remember so I already am" I told him

"Y/N I need you tonight I want to show you how much I love you" He said 

"Namjoon you don't you think this is to fast? Like we're not even boyfriend or girlfriend yet" I asked 

"Will you be my girlfriend Y/N? Please say yes baby girl" he asked

I started laughing "Of course I will"

"Y/N I just want to show you how much I love you seeing you sing like that really made me fall in love with you even more." He said

"Okay Namjoon" I said making him smile we continued with our make out session.
