Chapter 48

Nari and Jason went on their honeymoon to Japan. While they were gone we worked on editing the collaboration album. The members were also busy with dance practice, they will be going on tour here in the next few months.

I'm still busy editing and uploading our YouTube videos. They are mostly day in the life vlogs now but the subscribers really enjoy it.

Nari and Jason finally came home from Japan, I was in her office with her one day when we were at work.

"I'm so happy your back home." I said while I was giving her a hug.

"Same here Y/N and I got you a present." She told me.

She went and grabbed a gift bag that was on her desk and handed it to me.

I opened the bag it had matcha pocky, hello kitty bath bombs, and a silk red kimono robe with golden dragons on it.

"Oh my gosh I love it!" I told her while smiling.

"I'm so glad you do!" She said looking happy. 

We sat and chatted for a bit until Bang PD knocked on the door asking for me to see him in his office.

We went to his office together and he told me to take a seat.

He had a serious look on his face that made me nervous.

"Sir is every thing okay?" I asked sounding concerned.

"Yes Y/N... You know Kyong has told me that you are doing an excellent job at editing the songs." He said while raising his eyebrow at me.

Wait? I guess Kyong really was being serious that night at the wedding.

"I really appreciate him saying that sir." I told him

"Y/N the project is almost finished, What are your plans?" He asked me.

I never really thought about this. I knew the day would eventually come. Of course I would want to stay to be with Joon, but another part of me still wants the YouTube job.

"Well sir to be honest... I haven't really put much thought into it.. Of course I want to be with Namjoon...." I said quietly.

He looked at me and smiled

"Y/N I want to give you ChoHee's old job." He said

My jaw hit the floor.

"What!?" I yelled "I don't even know everything yet."

"That's why if you accept this job the company would pay for your online classes. You'd be enrolled into an online university for music producing." He said to me.

I was about to faint.

"Sir I'm so loss for words right now." I said while clearing my throat.

He laughed. "Also Mrs.Kim will be retiring here in a few months. I'm going to need an assistant to help me with the TXT boys." He said while smiling.

I couldn't believe it.

"Sir why are you offering this job to me?" I asked feeling confused.

Bang PD sighed and took off his glasses. "I'm going to be completely honest with you Y/N..... You do a good job here. Also I know how you and Namjoon love each other very much, this way you can be together and we'll have an amazing employee joining the team." He said while smiling.

I was still sitting in shock. To be honest I do want to be here full time I'm just scared.

"Is it okay that I think this through first?" I asked

He looked at me confused. "Okay..... But this offer won't be on the table for long." He said

After we were finished in his office I went to Nari's office and thankfully Ben and Jason were there.

I went inside and closed the door.

"Y/N you look so flustered what's wrong?" Ben asked me.

I looked at the three of them with my arms crossed.

"Bang PD just offered me ChoHee's job." I told them

They look so shocked and excited.

"Y/N you have to take this job!" Jason practically yelled to me.

"Well what about you guys? I would still want to work with you." I said

"Of course we'll figure something out." Ben said

I took a deep breath. "I'm just scared.... What if I distract him by being here." I said while looking down.

Nari came and put her arm around me, she knew who I was talking about.

"Y/N he loves you. He would want you to be here with him. Please take this job." She said.

I looked at her. "I just need to think about this first."

They looked at me disappointed.

I went back to Namjoon's office. I didn't tell him about the conversation I had with Bang PD. All I know now is that I have a big decision I have to make and I don't know what to do.
