Chapter 5

Marcos POV

It is an early start for my brothers and I. I snuck into Brandis nursery and kissed her on the head. She looked so peaceful sleeping. After I left the nursery I went to the council room and took my seat wondering what's in store today.

Brandi POV

I woke up and looked at the baby monitor " I up." Instead of my daddy it was my nanny Zoey." Good morning my sweet. How are you this morning?" I looked at her " I wan my daddy." Then I started to cry." Don't cry sweet pea. Tell you what I can get you ready, then I can take you to get your breakfast, then we could go find your daddy." It sounded like a good idea so I nodded my head and let her get me ready.

When we got to the dining room I was excited not to eat; but for breakfast to be done and over with so I could go find my daddy. I finished my blood eggs as Zoey told the servant that I will be taking my bottle with me. As Zoey got me out of my high chair the servant handed me my bottle; then I skipped out of the dining room on a mission to find my daddy.

I did not hear Zoey yelling at me to slow down or to watch out for other people until I ran into someone." I Sowwy." Before I could fall on my bum two hands caught me." It's alright little one. Where were you going?" I looked up at the man. He had red eyes like me, my daddy, and uncles. He had light blonde hair tied into a ponytail." I go look for my daddy." He smiled down at me." Who's your daddy little one?" I was scared I never used my daddys name. My face probably gave me away." As don't cry little one."" There you are munchkin." I heard as Zoey came into my view." Oh excuse me sir sorry she got ahead of me." Zoey grabbed my hand." Come on pumpkin let's go find your daddy." The man stopped Zoey." Who's her daddy?" Zoey looked nervous " Marco sir." The man smiled at me " I can take her that's where I'm headed anyway." I bent down to grab my bottle as Zoey looked at me." Okay sir, just tell Marco I let you take her, thank you." The man took my hand " come little one." I followed him down the hall and into daddys work room.
