Oxygen

Just keep breathing.
Let the anxiety rest.
Overthink nay on loathing.
Put your calmness on test.

Oxygen you have with you,
that the lush green trees provide.
Soothing you, make you ever new.
Let oxygen guide (you).

Not alone.
Surrounded, in fact, all over.
Calm down; no, don't pick the phone.
Behold oxygen, your true saviour.

So just keep breathing.
Crippling anxiety, cut it off.
Oxygen now, for your soothing.
Inhale in, cut the negativity off,
and exhale it away.
Only you can help you find your way.

Only you can help you find your way
