Kim JaerinI'm now officially a trainee of BigHit, and I'm beyond happy. One by one, I'm getting near to my dream even though I know that this path will be rough, and I have to pave my own path if I want to be successful.
Pops and I are going back to Busan, today, but I'll be coming back here, in Seoul alone. To be honest, I'm scared. A thirteen-year old, alone in a big city.
I'm still unfamiliar with Seoul,
My training is going to start the day after tomorrow, so we had to go back to Busan today to fetch and pack my clothes.
I'm now standing in front of the building, hands trembling out of nervousness, I walked to the building slowly.
The building is not big, nor small. It's just the exact size, there are not so many interiors, but grayish walls and white tiles. It feels like home because of it's cozy atmosphere, the staffs are friendly and smiley.
I bowed to everyone I see on the halls as they happily bowed as well and smiled, making me feel warm and welcomed.
The way they treat me, as if they knew me for a long time.
Despite of their lack of trainees, they didn't let it get in their way and continued to strive hard, until they reach their dreams. There are so many unfamiliar faces, and mostly are boys.
I reached Mr. Bang's office as I knocked carefully, waiting for him to respond.
I stood outside his office, hands fidgeting with the rim of my black sweater. After a few seconds, I heard a small, Come Inside, from his office.
I opened the door slightly as I peeked, I saw him sitting on his chair, I heard him laugh as I went inside, and closed the door behind me. I stood there, like a soldier, as I looked at him and bit my lower lip.
"Please take a seat, Jaerin-ssi." He said as he pointed calmly at the chair in front of his desk, I nodded as I quietly took a seat, hands placed on my lap.
He only smiled at me as his eyes turned into a small line, I bowed my head as I introduced myself, "Hello, Kim Jaerin, Nice to meet you.."
He laughed as he introduced himself as well, "Nice to meet you too, Jaerin."
I only stared at him as I waited for him to speak, "So," He started
"You're now a trainee here in BigHit. Congratulations." He warmly said as I bowed my head as a sign of gratitude and smiled a bit.
"Thank You for accepting me.." I quietly said as he smiled again, he's smiling brightly as I smiled back,
"So, let's just go right into the topic," He started ad I nodded, he coughed to fix his voice as I just patiently waited for him to start.
"You're from Busan, right?" He asked as I nodded and let out a small yes. He hummed as he continued, "Who are you with? Your parents?" He asked again as I shook my head
"I'm with my Grandfather, but he's going back to Busan later." I said as his brows furrowed, "Then who's going to take care of you?" He asked again as I shrugged
"W-We haven't talked about that.." I stuttered slightly as he sighed, "We have dorms here where our trainees live. You can also settle there, it's fine." He said as I scratched my nape.
"I d-don't have money to pay the r-rent.. I'm sorry.." I quietly said as he laughed, "Don't worry about the money, it's free, Jaerin-ssi." He assured me as my eyes widened.
He talked to you more as he told you the rules and regulations in the building which you all remembered. He also told you the rules about being a trainee and the schedule.
