Chapter 16

NAINA's POV

I wanted to breathe, so badly. I felt to hands holding my shirt.i tried to open my eyes, but the water was burning my eyes. He was drowning me, shoving me head in the water and holing it there. I felt my lugs tighten and I needed air, now!!!!! I squirmed and squirmed but the hands were too strong. I kicked my leg up, hitting someone where the sun doesn't shine.

The hands let go and I heard a body fall to the floor. I quickly pulled my head out of the water, gasping for air, and coughing. the water was freezing. I looked to the floor and there he was. It was him.

"Please stop, I don't want to die" I screeched as he held my shirt from the top again.

"You must pay for what you did" he seethed, Anger dripping from his voice.

"I told u I had to, it was my job!!!! And what he did to me was way worse!!!!!" I screamed in his face.

"I don't care!!!!! U shouldn't have done what u did" he yelled back, pushing my head into the water again.

I woke up gasping for air. The light was on and Akash sat right next to me, with worried eyes.

"R u ok ? What happened? Did u have a bad dream?" He asked, the worry still in his eyes. I glanced at the clock; 12:00 pm.

"I'm fine, I just had a bad dream" I said scratching my head.

"Do u want to tell me about it?" He asked, his eyes showing the I-Want-to-know- please- tell- me, look.

Should I tell him? This is secret stuff. if I tell him I would have to explain everything to him.

"No" I said. he gave me a knowing look, after he gave me some water he went back to his room to go to sleep. I, on the other hand, tried to go to sleep,but I couldn't, I was afraid to close my eyes.

Me eyes eventually got heavy and I fell asleep around 3 in the morning.

I woke up 'show you' by Shawn Mendez blasting on my phone. I groaned, and with my eyes still closed picked up the phone, that was on my nightstand.

"Hello" I groaned again, but this thine in to the phone.

"Wake up!!!!! U were supposed to be here an hour ago!! This is you biggest performance and your late!!!" Jackie screamed into the phone. I totally forgot to set my alarm last night and plus I was still very sleepy.

"Sorry!!! I forgot, I'll be there in 20min. Ok? And do I have to bring anything?" I asked her.

"It's fine, and no, just get ur bum over here as fast as u can" she said, I could tell there was a smile on her face.

"Ok ok, bye"

"Bye" she said and with that I hung up. I put my phone back on the nightstand and sat down in my bed, rubbing my eyes. when I finished I gasped and grabbed my heart.

" you scared the pee out of me" I said, putting my hand back down.

"Sorry" Niall said with a smile. He was standing at the door of the room.

"How did u get here, I thought you weren't going to make it?" I asked shocked that he was standing right I front of me.

"Zayn knows a guy" he said chuckling.

"Well I have to go take a shower, you can go talk to Akash, I assume you guys already met?" He nodded his head and left the room.

I got up and grabbed my clothes, rushing into the bathroom.
