Chapter 23: Birthday

(6 Weeks Later)

CITYS POV

I woke up the next morning to small bits of snoring. I twist around to find my lovely boyfriend dead asleep.

"Babe." I shook him lightly. "Babe." Still no response. I finally decided to plugged his nose and kiss him lightly. He eventually kissed back, grabbing my neck to pull me closer. Eventually we were both out of breath and broke apart.

"Nice way to wake me up huh?" Meh smirked. I rolled my eyes.

"Come on, I'm hungry!" I complained, running out of the room. I ran downstairs to were Gabe was making breakfast with Alex.

"Morning!" Alex chirped.

"Morning." I say kissing Gabe's cheek and hugging Alex. I went to sit down and began eating when Dana came down, dressed.

"Morning beautiful." he said, pecking my lips. Gabe groaned as Alex placed her hand over her heart and awed.

"Gabe!" I whined.

"I'm sorry, still not use to seeing one of my brothers with my baby cuz." he surrendered.

"Okay hurry up boys, your recording at Cole's house today. Go!" She says, rushing them out of the door. "Okay, now let's get down to business. Your birthday is coming up soon."

I stopped eating and dropped my fork, looking at her. "Who told you?" I smirked.

"Gabe has it circled on his calendar. It's in tomorrow right?" I nodded. "Well, today we're going shopping with the girls so we can celebrate tonight and tomorrow morning. Now go get ready!"

I run upstairs and quickly change into a ruffle black crop top with a white mini skirt and silver strapped sandals. I quickly put my hair into a side braid and add a white bandana headband. I rush downstairs to find Alex gone and a note.

'Go pick up the other girls, I'll meet you at the mall.'

I grab the note and quickly walk over to my apartment to wake up Lily.

DANA'S POV

I was currently at the studio with the boys, trying to figure out City's birthday present.

"Okay, how bout you get her beats?" David suggested.

"I'm not getting her headphones!" I told him. He shrugged, putting his hands up in surrender.

"Ohhhhh, I got it. Take her to the Hollywood sign and set up a picnic. You two sit around and have fun when you get down on one knee a-" Cole said when he was cut off by Gabe.

"No! Dana is not proposing to V! She only 1-"

"Gabe, relax!" Cole yelled at him. "I'm not saying he should propose. I'm saying he should give her a promise ring. You know, since everything that has happened, he should show her he'll always be there for her."

"I love it!" I told them. "I just got to make a few calls and I can get everything set up." I rushed out of the studio, phone in hand, and started working on everything.

LILY'S POV

After City came to rudely wake me up, I got dressed and went to go pick up Livvie and Red. We all then headed to the mall and began to look for Alex.

"Alex where are you?" City said into the phone.

"I'm by Forever 21!" I heard Alex, yell not through the phone but in real life. I look around and found Alex standing in front of Forever 21... With Cassidy.

"Oh God." I mumbled. I looked over to City, Livvie and Red and they gave me a reassuring nod before walking over to Alex.

"Guys this is Cassidy." Alex said. Cassidy awkwardly waved at us before we all walked into the store. Alex dragged City to the dress section, Livvie and Red went to look at the tops and Cassidy and I were by the shoes.
