II smiled as I watched the bright fluorescent colours explode in the sky. I snuggled closer to Leo and gently kissed his cheek. He smiled at me and pulled me closer. I closed my eyes and smiled. Nothing could ruin this night.

''Um Sadie? Could we talk to you?''

My eyes opened and I groaned to myself. They wanted to do this now? Well I guess it had to be done sooner or later. I slowly disentangled myself shooting an apologetic glance at Leo and made my way to my parents. They were standing at the door watching as I slid from the roof to in front of them. They both looked a little awkward. I looked around. Raph and Rebecca had hopped down to get some drinks but I couldn't see them.

''Hey where's Beck and Raph?''

My dad cleared his throat "With Rebecca's parents. They're having a chat.''

I rolled my eyes ''Which I'm guessing you want to do with me.''

My mom stepped up

''It's not that we don't trust you Sadie it's just.....you're so young.''

''Mom I'm 13. It's not that much of an age difference. Two years. Plus we're both really mature.''

''I know sweetie but....I'm just not sure if I'm comfortable with it.''

''Mom he would never hurt me. Believe me.''

''Well....he does seem like a nice boy...I mean turtle. *sigh* I guess I'm OK with it''

I smiled and hugged my mom tightly. Then I looked at my dad. He sighed and joined in the hug which I knew meant he was OK with it too. My mom cleared her throat meaningfully and looked at my dad who went pale. He rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment.

''Uh Sades? You two aren't...you know...''

I looked confused and then I realized what he meant and I blushed.

''No dad. No we're....he's.......I'm still a virgin and I have no wish to change that status OK?''

He smiled and we shared a family hug when I felt another pair of arms around me.

''Uh Leo?''

''Yeah?''

''How much of that did you hear?''

''Do you really want to know?''

''............never mind''
