A week has passed, Jodi was driving a rental car going to a place that she used to call home. She decided to take off alone after work, leaving her son to Mark who are both at their apartment.

"This place never grow old" she said to herself as she goes to the fire exit at the back like she always did. The loud music is playing while girls are dancing on the stage. She sneaks to the back stage and found the person she's looking for.

"Madame!" Jodi hugs her tight

"My butterfly came to visit me" Madame leads her to sit on the couch at the corner of the room.

Jodi hands her a paper bag, "this is for you" she said.

Madame takes out the box and open it. It was a jewelry set. "Thanks, these are beautiful. You must be rich now, huh. How's New York?"

"Everything is okay. I'm glad to see you looking like you never aged"

"Well, the club never let anyone get old" they both chuckles. "So, how's you're boyfriend? The VIP guy? Min Yoongi? Are you guys married?"

Jodi's heart almost jumps out of her chest. She took a deep breath before she told everything that has happened between her and Yoongi. It was never easy to tell how painful their relationship ended. But sometimes, just letting it all out is her only way to unload the burden she feels inside.

She never shared the whole story to anyone, even with Mark. The only thing that Mark knows is that Jodi and her boyfriend broke up before she discovered her pregnancy. Jodi never talked about Yoongi since he asked not to be bothered. But Madame is different, she is like a mother that Jodi feels at ease with.

"Hey, I know you did a great job raising your child alone. You are smart and strong kid" Madame wipes Jodi's tears. "You should do whatever will makes you happy. Why don't you talk to him, maybe this time he will listen"

"I don't know, I really don't know what to do"

"But he has to know whether he accept it or not. Your child also needs to know his father"

She's worried how Yuri will take it. What if Yuri gets mad at Yoongi? Moreover, what if Yuri gets mad at her? Everything is okay even without Yoongi, and it's better that way, she tells herself.

But is it really better that way?

Jodi was lying on her bed, finally able to rest after a tiring day. She massages her temple hoping to clear her mind and sleep better when her phone rings for an unknown number.

It's almost 10 PM and she has no clue who would call her in that hour. But the phone keeps ringing and it's taking her sleepiness away, so she decided to answer it.

"Hello, who's this?"

"It's me"

Hearing his voice on the phone is enough to wake all her senses up.

"Yoongi, how did you get my number?"

"Kai got everything for me. We need to talk, Jodi. And I mean in person"

"Of course you asked Kai again. I wont be surprised if I see you in my front door one day"

"I guess I would have to if you will not talk to me or let me see my son"

Jodi's heart skip a beat hearing Yoongi owning Yuri as his son. She doesn't know how to respond to what he said.

"Look, I understand if you hate me because I deserve it for being an asshole. But please, Jodi let's talk about this. I maybe the worst person you have known, but I can't let me become the worst father to my own son"
