Yoongi parks the car and helps Yuri take his seatbelt off. "Careful" he said as the kid hops out of the car. Yuri goes and enters the code to unlock the front door.

Yuri enters the house but he turns back when he noticed that Yoongi is just standing beside the car. "Aren't you coming inside, uncle Yoongi?" He asks in pout.

Yoongi haven't been inside Jodi's apartment. Jodi never ask him inside whenever he takes Yuri home after their bonding. Since he took Yuri home a bit earlier than usual, he thought maybe Jodi isn't home yet. He doesn't want Yuri to wait alone in the house so he think he can stay a little.

Yoongi smiles at Yuri and follows him inside the apartment. It's simple and very neat. Yuri sits on the couch and gestures for Yoongi to sit with him, which Yoongi did.

"Im going to get some water in the kitchen" Yuri says after a few seconds, leaving his bag on the couch before running to the kitchen.

Yoongi's eyes follows Yuri who stopped in front of the doorway to the kitchen while looking terrified at something. "Yuri, is everything okay?" Yoongi curiously asks while he walks to see what's in there.

"Mommy" Yuri sounds worried that he almost whisper his word.

"What?" Yoongi looks at the kitchen and found Jodi who seems to be changing the bulb while standing on a paint can that is on top of a stool. Very unstable and dangerous and still Jodi can't properly reach the plug where she's supposed to take the old bulb off. Yoongi was as terrified as Yuri seeing Jodi as if she's about to fall anytime.

"What the hell? Jodi don't move please, stop!"

But that's just not what actually happened. Jodi panics when she heard Yoongi so she looks down and loses her balance a little.

"Oh my god!" She was scared but Yoongi's hands grab her waist on time to keep her steady. Jodi holds on to Yoongi's arms and look down to him.

"You okay?" Jodi just nods, her face turning red. "I want you to jump down slowly and I'll catch you"

Jodi did what she was told. She jumps slowly letting Yoongi's arms catch her as she falls leaning on him and her arms on Yoongi's shoulders.

"Are you okay?"

Jodi feels her heart beating like crazy while looking at Yoongi who's face is so close to hers. Jodi looks at Yoongi's eyes, then his nose, down to his pinkish lips. She was lost for a moment until Yuri's voice snaps her out of her thoughts.

"Is mommy okay?"

Jodi hurriedly moves away from Yoongi who also seems to forgot that their son is watching them.

"I'm okay honey, don't worry"

Yuri sigh and goes to get a glass and water from the fridge like nothing happened.

"Let me do it for you" Yoongi takes the can of pain which, to his surprised, was empty. Yoongi can't help but smirk on how clever Jodi's idea was. Jodi seems to read his mind and hurriedly took the can from Yoongi.

"What? I needed more height to reach the bulb" she scoffs feeling offended which Yoongi thinks is cute.

Yoongi stands on the stool and easily removed the broken bulb and gives it to Jodi who's glaring at him. "What? I didn't say anything?" Yoongi bites his lips while trying his best not to smile. Jodi hands him the new bulb and Yoongi raised his hand to place the bulb in the socket.

Yoongi's shirt raised a little while his arms are raised, allowing Jodi to have a glimpse of his firm torso. It's like a magnet that pulls Jodi's eyes to it. Jodi's thoughts brings her elsewhere again.
