"These aren't the recommended drinks when making a toast," Tinkerbell laughed lifting her coffee cup, "But I guess they are appropriate. To Peri and Elsa, the champs of the ice."
"Yeah,"
"Here here,"
Everyone lifted their cups towards the girls sitting on the sofa in the coffee house. Peri covered her eyes with her hand.
"Why do you always have to be so sappy,"
"Because you're my sister and I'm proud of you. You won, first place. You even beat Elsa. That doesn't happen everyday...or ever. I'm going to brag around that until it gets old. No offence Elsa,"
Elsa held up a hand with a smile indicating she was fine with it. "Besides don't act like you don't announce to the whole world when I get some innovation prize or with a science fair with an invention."
Periwinkle huffed at her.
"She's not half as bad as Anna," Elsa supplied.
"Hey!" Anna protested while Peri giggled.
"I highly doubt that,"
"Hey!" Tink stamped her foot, fuming.
"See, my sister actually gets red in the face whenever she gets mad,"
"I do not," Tink whined.
"Yeah, ya' kinda do Tink. Like right now," Vidia said leaning an elbow on her shoulder. Tink turned to glare at her.
"Do you really think I'm worse than Tinkerbell?"
"In being an annoying sister, oh yes," Elsa smirked. Anna pouted and hopped of Elsa's couch to sit on Kristoff's lap.
"Red in the face is nothing compared to have an eternal five year old as a younger sister," Elsa said to Peri.
"I think we can call it about it even," Peri said, looking on as their sisters started a discussion on which of them might actually be more annoying.
Elsa and Peri couldn't help but laugh. Elsa had to admit that she really liked Periwinkle and her friends. Perhaps it was because she and Peri had a lot in common with their ability in winter athletics and sisters who drove them half mad, but they loved to death. Plus Tinkerbell's group of friends were always fun to be around. They were, probably, the most mismatched cliques in the school, but despite their varying personalities they did fix together, like pieces from different puzzles that came together somehow.
"Elsa, did you and the hummingbird have a run in recently?" Peri asked.
"No," Elsa was genuinely perplexed by the question, "Why would you ask?"
"It's just that when you talked before, she seemed strangely casual." Most of the others were too engrossed in Tinkerbell's and Anna's discussion on what compromises an annoying sister to pay Elsa and Peri an attention. But Rapunzel had paused in the middle of a sip and looked at the skaters intently as she slowly lowered her cup.
"She did?" Elsa shrugged, "Well, she's not really the moony to give you the evil eye,"
"Fair point. She more the one to smile so sweetly you can't help but think she's plotting your murder."
"She does have a smile like that, doesn't she?" Elsa laughed. "Maybe that's why she seemed so casual. She must be plotting a way to get rid me before the winter games."
"If I were a moony that's what I'd do,"
"Which is why I'm glad you're not a moony," Elsa teased.
"Wait hold up," Tinkerbell waved her arms, interrupting what Anna had been about to say, "Why are we trying to figure out why we're annoying? Peri plenty annoying. That's what we should talk about."
Peri gasps in shock, "How dear you? I'm a gem,"
"Sure you are." Tinkerbell teased her. That started a heated debate between the two pair of sisters, which their friends watched in amusement. Vidia took a bet with Flynn on who would win. Flynn lost twenty bucks.
"As fun as this had been, winning medals isn't exactly easy work. I can hear my bed calling me." Elsa said.
"I agree with that," Peri nodded, "I wouldn't mind heading home,"
"You do deserve a rest," Tink said helping her sister up, "We'll see you guys at school."
"Bye Peri, bye Tink." Anna waved them off before turning to tell the others goodbye. She wrapped a hand around Elsa's waist as they left the shop.
"You know I'm super proud of you, right?"
"I thought I was an annoying big sister," Elsa smirked at her.
"You totally are," Anna said in a dead serious voice before a grin broke out on her face, "But that doesn't mean I can't be proud of you. Which I am."
"I know Anna," Her smirked softened in a small smile, "I know."
