She really could feel the irritated and angered looks from her female schoolmates. A bead of sweat trickled down on her face as she felt being attacked by the female population of her school who walked the same way the two of them were walking.
Having enough of all the glares, Chinami decided to walk slower, making Tamaki walk a good distance in front of her. When he felt that no one walking beside him, Tamaki halted and looked at his back where he found a very cautious Chinami glaring at him.
"What's wrong?" He asked innocently.
"I guess you can't feel the glares since they are not directed at you, but I want to walk as far away from you as possible." Chinami nervously answered, another bead of sweat trickling down on her cheek. "So get going."
Tamaki shrugged and continued walking. Chinami waited for a second before she, too, started walking, making sure that she was far way from him. There were still a few eyes that glared at Chinami. It bothered her quite a bit but she tried to endure the hurtful gazes that were from the female population.
"Ah, yeah." Tamaki suddenly stopped walking and turned around to face Chinami. "You'll be watching us practice later, PA-chan?"
PA-chan? She thought, glaring at Tamaki for a weird nickname and for talking to her. "I'll be doing my job, that's what I'll do later."
"We only have practice today." Tamaki said. "So-chan and I don't have any scheduled shows as of the moment."
"Then, I'll still do my job." Chinami answered back, getting annoyed. "If Takanashi-san needs me to do something, I'll be happy to lend a hand."
"Okay." Tamaki replied. "Since it's only practice, can we stop by a convenient store, first? I wanna buy a ton of Ousama Pudding."
"Ousama Pudding?" Chinami asked then realized that Tamaki wanted her to come with him. "Buy it on your own!"
Tamaki shrugged and continued walking ahead. Chinami ollowed right behind him with a good distance, clutching the sling of her tightly due to annoyance.
They had walked a bit further until they reached the train station and took the first train to the agency. Chinami chose a seat away from where Tamaki was sitting. When they finally arrived at the train satation, Chinami stepped out of the train the same moment Tamaki got off. With a sigh, Chinami decided to just accept the fact that they'll be going to the agency together. They once again started to walked, with Tamaki walking ahead of Chinami. Afte a moment, Tamaki stopped, making Chinami halt.
"What?" She asked with a defensive stance.
Tamaki turned to face her. "I'll just buy something," Chinami looked at the establishment in front of them and realized they were in front of a convenient store, "wait for me here."
And Tamaki went inside the convenient store. Chinami repeated the word 'leave' inside her head but her body didn't do what she wanted to do. Like it had a mind of its own. So she waited patiently for Tamaki, her arms crossed on her chest with an annoyed look while standing by the entrance.
"So good!" She heard the rough voice of Tamaki. He had a plastic bag hanging by his arm, a spoon of a creamy-looking dessert in one hand, and a container of that creamy dessert in the other. "Oh, you're still here." He said.
That irritated the hell out of Chinami because he was the one who told her to wait. Now he was expecting she had left him? She could've listened to her conscience earlier!
"Since you hated being with me, PA-chan, I thought you already left." Tamaki opened the plastic bag and fished out one container of the creamy dessert that he loved so much, then handed it out to Chinami. "Since we'll be in your care, this is a gift."
