Asa Benoist

After waiting 5 long and sleepless hours sitting in the chair, someone walking from the back caught her eye. "Julio!" She called out, wiping her eyes and standing up to greet him. Immediatly she collapsed back into the chair, with a stinging sensation rocking throughout her legs.

"Woah what are you doing here?" He asked as he came up to her with a warm smile, hugging her.

"My uh.. boss got into an accident. I want to make sure he'll be okay." She said with a smile, but his face held a frown. "Are you okay?" He asked, sitting next to her. She realized her eyes must be red from crying and she wiped the brim of them.

"Yeah. What brings you here?" She said, changing the subject because the truth was no, no she wasn't.

"I'm here with Benji and his little sister. She's getting her cast removed." Julio speaks with admiration, and Asa nods understandably. "Really? Send them my love." She says and he smiles, snorting. "Asa we miss you at the club. The new boss expects me to actually work! It's absurd." He exaggerates, causing her to laugh.

"You would die before you did any hard work." She joked back and a nurse walked up to her.

"Asa Benoist?" The nurse asked and the two looked up at her.

"Jared D'Amore is ready to be seen if you'd like." She spoke soft and kindly, and Asa stood up again, getting rid of the fact that her legs had fallen asleep.

"Thanks, I'll be right there." She said and Julio stood up beside her.

"Well it was nice seeing you. Hope to see more of you cause I'm going insane. You have my number, call sometime." Julio offered her smile and they exchanged a hug, Asa following the nurse to the back.

She walked behind her as the nurse talked about some of his injuries, but she just wanted to see him.

They finally stopped walking down the long hallway at a door, and they both went entered the room.

"He's fresh out of surgery he might still have some amnesia." She spoke and left the room. Asa looked around and found his family no where to be seen, which relieved her. She slowly walked up to his bed, around all the machines and she placed a hand over her mouth at the sight.

He was badly injured and had burns and stitches everywhere.

"Jared I'm so sorry." She said in tears, bringing a hand up to his face.

He didn't respond and it only broke her heart more. "I-I don't deserve you. I don't deserve anybody and I'm sorry this happened because of me. But d-don't worry. When you wake up and get better, I'm gonna quit and move back to Canada with my parents." She spoke in a wavering voice, looking into the distance.

"Yeah. I'll move back to Canada." She sniffled and wiped her nose, taking a deep breath. The door opened and a nurse came streaming into room, smiling when she saw Asa.

"Hello there. So he's in a coma right now and we'll let him try and wake up on his own, and we'll try and help him tomorrow to wake up. We tried a few things today but he won't budge. With his type of injuries he's lucky to be alive." She said, and Asa nodded understandingly.

"How long do you think he'll be asleep?" She asked, looking tot he nurse.

"I-I don't know. We're going to try and help him recover faster and try and wake him tomorrow. Until then, he needs to heal. But we can't be sure that's happening until he wakes up." The nurse said, checking his vitals and writing things down on her clipboard. Asa solemnly looked back to him, taking it all in. "Thanks." Asa said, and the nurse nodded, leaving the room.
