Riddle's sudden change

I was almost panting...and I saw Riddle with is so cal..led friends standing and staring at me with his signature smirk on his face..
I turned my back and walked back to my next class..
Almost every girl at Hogwarts used to drool over Riddle. I admit he was handsome..wait! What!! Am I even thinking..,no he is the future dark lord....he can't be handsome....and I surely can't fall for him..sitting in the DADA class and then I felt someone sitting beside me....and then I got the shock of my life..Tom Riddle came and sat beside me, even though there were so many seats empty..
I was looking at him and thinking...all these and realised when he said...
"Like what u see?"
"Umm...what r u speaking about...have u ever looked at ur face...such a smug like face..!"
"O really! I thought u liked me!;)"
" In ur dreams.. Riddle..Keep dreaming.." and then it was my turn to smirk...
He was just about to say something and Dumbledore entered. ..he was not the headmaster then...he was the Dada teacher..
He was just about to start the class and a owl knocked on the window with a letter...he took the letter and and started reading..as soon as he completed reading he said
"Class dismissed!!"
Everyone had a "why" look on their face.
I left the classroom and went out to the quiddich field...and that's when I saw Riddle coming towards me..
He came and sat beside me...and said
"Can I have a seat?"
"Sure..why asking me..this isn't my personal quiddich field right!?"
" Yeah but might not feel ok with me ."
" since when is Riddle thinking about people's problem? ?!"
He almost whispered" I do think about people I like"
"What!?"
"Nothing...!"😅
And then it came to my mind that only 5 mins were left for our next class to start....
"Tom!!!! Get up fast 5 mins left for herbology "
I almost grabbed his hand and dragged him to the herbology class.
I realised it until we reached herbology classroom..and of course we were late. Moreover unknowingly we were holding hands in front of professor Sprout....
Seeing us holding hands every boy started to wooooooooo....and girls sending death glares at me...and then I realized that I was holding hands with Riddle...and pulled my hand out of his grip..
Madam Sprout," Detention to both of you..I said last class that no one should be late..still you both are 10 mins late today. And all ur loveydovey acts u can do at the weekends.."
"But we weren't doing any loveydovey acts..we were just sitting and studying at the quidditch field."
"Do u want detention for a whole one week Miss L/n.."
"Am sorry professor "
After the classs ended I went back to my dorm..and sat down..and i saw a owl knocking at my window....I took the letter and saw it was from...
