Caleb POV

"Is everything ready?" I asked my mates.

"Yup, all the boxes are in place leading up to the campsite." Adin said.

"Kase, you said he liked the getaway with you right?" I asked.

"Yea but I'm pretty sure it was because it was considered glamping than camping." Kase said chuckling.

"I may be tiger God but I hate being outdoors just for the hell of it, I mean not that I don't love it but I could do without the bugs. That's why it's going to be at a campsite and not in the woods in the middle of nowhere." I said chuckling.

"Thank goodness you're a shifter and can avoid all that unlike me." Kase shaking my head.

"Are you making fun of me?" I asked him.

"Not entirely, I mean you play soccer and the pack is built in the woods kinda." He said chuckling.

"And I love the freedom of being outdoors and giving in to my animal instincts but hate bugs and crawlers with a passion so I love it but hate it at the same time so if you're going to judge me then shhh." He just stared at me and we all broke out laughing.

"Holt, are you packed yet? We're only gonna be gone three, maybe four days." I called up to him.

"I had to pack my clothes and other things." He said lugging a large suitcase.

"Kiddo you only need like eight outfits and possibly two pairs of shoes, maybe three. Whatever else you need we can buy on the way there." I said shaking my head.

"But I need my computer for school."

"Holt you're on top of your classes, one day won't hurt." Adin said and the rest of us nodded in agreement.

He bit his lip looking at his computer bag and sighing.

"Stallion, they're right, you said it yourself that you wanted a relationship with Caleb. How will that help your bond if you're distracted?" Kase said, making Holt blush.

So he doesn't hate me after all…

"So what are we doing anyway?" Holt asked looking at me.

"Geocaching and camping." I said.

"Please tell me it's not in the middle of nowhere? A horse is at a disadvantage when it comes to hungry creatures." He said, chuckling nervously.

"It is but it's at a campsite. Don't worry I think you'll enjoy it. I reserved a spot by a stream so you can fall asleep to it." I said.

"That does sound kinda fun." He said with a half-smile.

"Ok you two, I packed you some snacks for your trip and some food for emergencies." Vince said.

"Thanks, cottontail." I said.

After breakfast, we started our long adventure.

"So how does this game work exactly?" Holt said.

"To put it simply, it's like a treasure hunt kinda thing but you replace the treasure you took so others can find it. I don't know why but that's just how it is so I brought a few sold out or retired collectibles of things since my career." I said.

"Do you have anything you want to put in?" I asked looking at him after a while.

"Not anything as important as what you contributed." He said and I sighed.

"Holt, kiddo, I may be a famous athlete but not everyone will like what I put in the boxes. They may see what's in the boxes and either keep it, sell it, or even trash it." I said.
