All I learned about the characters was through the tapes. They were one sided and vague details.
Story: 10/35
The story was partially enjoyable due to the lack of showing but also the main reason behind not getting hooked to the book. The story lacked true dialogue and everything seemed one sided. Also, the story sounded like Thirteen Reasons Which made it not appeal to me for originality when reading it.
