7. Hate- love

Manik and Nandini are neighbours living in same flat. He's a musician and she's an engineer.
One night at nandini's house, she was fully concentrating on her studies as it was her final exam. After this her life will be at peace as she can work in her favourite company! But all her concentration and dreams got disturbed when she heard a loud noise from the house beside. It was obviously manik. This irritated nandini a lot and she went out to vent all her anger on him but was stopped by her mom Shalini.

Shalini: Nandini where are you going in this time?

Nandini- ma don't stop me. That stupid who lives besides us is not even letting me study ma. Who even gave the permission to play guitar at this time? It's as though no one is existing in this world to him.

Shalini: Nandini but it's pleasant to ears then what's your problem?

Nandini- ma that's not the matter. There's sound coming and that's disturbing me. So ask him to stop.

Shalini- But he's not playing inside our home. He's playing guitar in his home. Technically we mustn't be bothered by it.

Nandini- ma just stop supporting him. I have to study. I am going to ask him to stop.

Saying so she barged out of her home and knocked on manik's door. As it was night, manik opened the door shirtless. Nandini didn't show any reaction.

Nandini: excuse me Mr whoever you are, why are you playing guitar at this time? Remember we still exist in the door beside you. It's damn irritating and I have an exam to prepare. You know I am not as bored as you. So please stop with that nonsense and let me study in peace.

Manik: excuse me Miss who the hell are you to say me stop playing guitar. I literally don't care about you and your studies. It's my home and I can do whatever I want. If that's irritating to your ears you may very well plug in your ears with cotton. And just don't barge from nowhere. Get lost.

All these were watched by Shalini as she didn't watch her innocent daughter to get struck in any problem by arguing with a bachelor.

Nandini: ma did you just see that man and his attitude? He's soo irritating.

Shalini: okay Nandini he's stopped for a while study quickly and go to sleep. Good night. Call me if you need anything.

Nandini: okay ma there's a lot to revise. You go to sleep good night.

At about 2am Nandini finished with all her revision and scrolled her phone for any messages. Just then she noticed a Message from an unknown number.

Unknown: Nandini I know you are awake just clarify my doubt in this chapter.

Nandini: who the hell are you at this time?!

Unknown: Nandini you didn't save my number? It's me navya!

Nandini: what navvu! Why are texting in this unknown number?

Navya: oh I forgot to tell you that I changed my number.

Nandini- you scared me navya! Okay I will call and clear your doubts.

After clearing navya's doubts she went to sleep. After waking up she checked her phone for messages. As expected she found one and it's not from any stranger it's from her most favourite person. It read :

Good morning beautiful! All the best for your exams and darling don't worry you will anyway rock it. I know it's your last exam and you will have fun with your friends after it. Why not we meet today at coffee shop near bus stand?
