I woke up to sun rays hitting my face. I then looked next to me to see my beautiful girlfriend sleeping peacefully. I smiled and carressed her cheek causing her to stir a bit.
After a few minutes of staring at her, Irene opened her eyes. She looked at me for a moment before smiling.
"Good morning baby" she said.
"Good morning babe" I said.
I kissed her on the cheek before sitting up.
"You remember what today is, right?" I said.
"How could I forget? It's our first date today." Irene said.
I smiled at her again before getting up.
"I'll make breakfast." I said.
"Okay" she said.
I then went into the bathroom and did my morning routine. When I was done, Irene went in the bathroom. I then decided to wear this for today.

I then went downstairs and into the kitchen to make breakfast.

I was almost done cooking when I felt arms wrap around my waist.
"That smells good. What you making?" Irene asked.
"Pancakes and bacon" I said.
"Hmm" Irene hummed.
I turned around and smiled at her. She was wearing this for today.

I gave her a peck on the lips before saying.
"Could you get the plates?" I asked.
"Sure" she said.
Irene then let go of me and went to get the plates. The two of us then went to the dining room to eat our breakfast. When we were done, Irene offered to wash the plates and I waited for her in the living room. After a few minutes, Irene was done and she came over to me.
