It was a hot summer afternoon, Rider was waiting for Army to be done making the newest curry he came up with. Tapping his thumbs on the table, Rider wondered what type of curry the orange inkling was making. Knowing Army, it would probably be something new he wanted him to try.
Not that Rider mind.
Rider loves the curry Army makes, even if they're spicy. He loved him so much. "Were you waiting long?" A voice said, making Rider look up seeing Army, holding a plate of curry in his hands. "Nah, though I'm curious what you made this time" Rider replies as Army set the plate down on the table, looking extremely happy. "It's something I've been working on for weeks and I'm so happy you'll be able to try it" Army gleamed, grabbing a spoonful of curry before leading towards Rider's lips.
Rider, while having a noticeable blush, leaned close before taking a bite. There was a small kick of spicy and sweetness, along with savory as Rider couldn't help it. The curry was delicious, as he grinned. "It's really good, Army. Amazing as always" Rider said, Army smirking in triumph. "I'm really glad you enjoyed it" Army said, before grabbing another spoonful, continuing to feed Rider.
After dinner, the two sat on the couch together, deciding to watch a movie together as they wrapped themselves together with a blanket, feeling each other's warmth. Army cuddles closer to the somewhat taller inkling as Rider rested his head on top of the other. The two of them entwined their hands, Army leaning up to give a kiss to Rider's cheek, making Rider flush deeply. "Aren't you affectionate today?" Rider grinned, first giving a kiss on top of Army's head before leaning towards Army's lips.
Their kisses was short but sweet as the two pulled away, smiles on their faces as they continued to cuddle for warmth, nothing would ever ruin their moment.
Soon enough, it was late. Rider decided to stay over with Army as the two shared a bed together. Rider never ever saw Army's face paint off was a huge surprise for him, but still loved him. It was a rare sight, which he always loved. He loved everything about Army, as well as Army loving everything about Rider. Army was really happy omg being with Rider as the two shared a bed together, embraced into each other's arms as they soon feel asleep with each other's warmth.
