(Finnick's P.O.V)

"You h-had a heart attack?" I stutter

"Yeah he did and you would have known if you cared about Peeta!" Jake snap.

"But you didn't and you still don't care! You wasn't there when he had a heart attack, you wasn't there when he looked trough a window at Dad without eating anything in weeks, you wasn't there when he needed you... When we needed you!" He add.

"Jake calm down!" Rye say.

"Why would I?!" Jake yell.

I just stand there frozen... It's true!

Peeta have had the worst past ever and I was never there for him.

"You are going to shut the fuck up right now cause he didn't do anything wrong. Maybe he wasn't there for us but that doesn't give you the right to yell at him! He chooses Katniss, his best friend over me, over us but is still doesn't give you the right to yell at him. He choose his best friend over his family cause he maybe love them more them more than he loves us, maybe he have more fun with them but it still doesn't give us the right to yell at him! ... Why don't we just sit down and talk like normal people do for once?" Peeta say calmly leaving us all speechless.

"Yeah let's talk about it. About everything!" Annie pipes in.

"What caused it?" My mom ask my uncle.

"I-I I w-walked... I can't" he say tears falling down his eyes.

Peeta hug him and Jake say:

"Me and dad walked in on mom and a stranger having sex!"

We all just sit there shocked.

"Dad please don't cry!" Rye beg.

"You're right! I have had enough! I'm tired of tears she can go and fuck around how much she ever wants too. I'm getting a divorce. Not only did she cheat on me but she abused you and I'm so sorry that I haven't done anything about it!" Uncle say.

His sons hug him and tell him it's ok.

"Are you sure you are not mad at me?" He ask them.

"Yep daddy we are not mad at you cause the past is history, the future is a mystery and today is a gift!" Peeta say and they all hug.

"When did it happen?" Cato ask.

"The day Delly kissed Peeta!" Rye say.

"He kissed her back!" Katniss protest.

"You saw what happen. You saw that she covered his eyes how was he supposed to know that it wasn't you! This is reason I call you brainless! You don't think. You made a mistake after another but he still forgave you every time and when he did his first "mistake" you didn't even give him chance to explain himself!" Johanna say.

Wow! Never thought I would hear Johanna Mason talk like that!!!

"I'm so sorry!" I blurt out.

"We are not mad!" Peeta say.

"Really?!" I ask confused.

He nod his head smiling.

"Really really!" He say.

We sit in silence before Katniss ask:

"Peeta can we talk?"

Peeta nod his head, kiss her fathers check and they walk out!

Maybe, just maybe Everlark will be real again...
