Sierra and Maddy were both outside staring up at the moon, which wasn't quite full yet, but tomorrow, it would be.

"I couldn't sleep the night before it either. It's normal, Maddy." Sierra said and Maddy looked at her.

"You'll be right there with me?" She asked and Sierra nodded as she looks up at the moon.

"I may be wild at heart, but I know where my loyalties lie. With you all, the family that took me in when I had no one." She said and Maddy hugs her and smiled.

"I couldn't sleep the night before my first transformation, either." Emma's voice cut through the silence and she grins as she hugs Maddy from behind her.

"I feel like I'm about to explode." The nervous girl said quietly as she looked up at the moon above them all.

"There's nothing to be scared of. You'll be right here, with us." Mrs. Smith say to her, and Sierra nodded.

Sierra walked into the house once again, sensing that her small part in this was over now.

It was the next day, when their class was taking a massive field trip, that a group, of certain wolfbloods, began to feel just a bit claustrophobic.

"The Isle of Lindisfarne, as it expressed in my book, 'Resources and Religion on Medieval Lindisfarne,' has always been a sanctuary."

"A magical safe haven, as it is cut off from the outside world from most of the day, which is why we have timed our visit, very carefully." Mr. Jeffries' voice droned on and on and on.

Then suddenly they were all off the bus and Sierra was now just as hyper as the two younger wolfbloods, as the trio raced around, laughing and havin a good time in general.

"Lindisfarne Castle was built around 15-- 1550, using stones from the quite abandoned monastery." Jeffries said.

"Which may explain, why the Castle, is said to be haunted. Imagine, you're a Lindisfarne monk. Armed men... are riding down the causeway to attack. I you run inside the monastery, a place of safety, a place. No one would dare to harm you here..."

Then, both Maddy and Sierra were running out with Rhydian, as they all felt extremely claustrophobic in the museum that was most underground as they panted at the top of the stairs.

"That night in the cellar isn't looking too good now, is it?" Rhydian asked as he looked at Maddy, who shook heads.

"How do my parents do it? Or for that matter how do you do it?" Maddy asks looking over at Sierra, who shakes her head.

"I shifted... young, much younger than most of our kind I think I just got used to it, but now I'm feeling very, very on edge about this." She coughed as she'd lean against the edge.

"Um, I got a bit carried away down there, I'm-- I'm sorry." The tour guide was saying now, as they all look quiet at each other.

"It wasn't you, Miss." Maddy insisted.

"Claustrophobia." Rhydian and Sierra spoke at the same time as Sierra was a mess still, from being inside.

"Ay. I understand. The imagination can be far more powerful than logical brain. We know there's no danger on a roof, or in a crowded room, but, um, still--" Miss began.

"So what do we do, Miss, when you need to get in some place and instinct tells you it's too scary to even try?" Maddy asked.

"If I knew the answer to that, Maddy, I would feel a lot better standin', on this roof. See you downstairs, when you're ready." Miss walked down the stairs quickly, practically running to get off of the roof.

"Didn't know claustrophobia was catching." Tom said to the trio, as they looked at each other, and he walks off of the roof downstairs.

"Okay, people, the questions cover the castle, the lime kilns, all together with the church and the priory. So for those of you who have been paying attention, this should be very easy."

Mr Jeffries was droning on again as Maddy and Sierra toss snacks to each other, and then Rhydian was catching a few of them as well.

"And there is a prize for the most correct answers. And remember to be back at the mini bus by 5 o'clock, without fail or we will miss the tide."

A few minutes later, the trio of wolfbloods had run off on their own to get most of the answers, leaving the other two members of their group to find the rest.

"We should stay here." Sierra says with a bright grin, as she agrees with Rhydian on the subject of staying on the island for the full moon.

"But we can't. Our parents are expecting us home." Maddy said and Sierra let out a low growl, and Maddy looked at her.

"Your parents, Maddy. Your parents are expecting us home. I don't have a parent to go to anymore." She said as she picked up a flat stone, and hurls it into the ocean.

Rhydian and Maddy were annoyed at each other and now Rhydian, he had injured his ankle by showing off.

They had missed the low tide and they had been resolved, to staying overnight.

"We have to be out of the village by 8:30." Maddy relays to both Sierra and Rhydian, as they had all come to the broom cupboard where he was stayin' because of his ankle.

The trio were racing out of the village and as usual, Sierra beat them handily up to the top and they laughed.

They vaulted up to the top of the cliff's edge and Sierra inhaled the clear ocean air.

Sierra inhaled as she felt her veins and eyes began to show of their own accord, as the moon took over.

Maddy was the first one to change and she howled as she realized that she was actually a wolf now.

Rhydian and Sierra smiled at each other, before they changed as well. It was a slight difference between their fur colors, which set them apart.

Rhydian was a mainly white and slightly brown spotted wolf, while Maddy was a timber wolf completely like her parents.

Sierra's was altogether different. Hers was a gray wolf a pure gray and silver wolf, her eyes glowing icy blue, which was rare among any animal and in all stages, particularly a wolf.

They began to howl, playfully racing around each other, and running back through the beach. They all howled as they sat back against the rock.

Then began to run through the ruins howling, as they ran around, and then they all split up quickly, as they were all seeing the flashlight beams that the trio all knew who it belonged to.

Sierra was poking her head out, but only until she saw the flashlight beam and then she saw that Maddy was on her way to being discovered. Then the two wolves, Rhydian and Sierra were knocking Shannon and Tom over.

The next morning, they were under suspicion for apparently not being in their beds for the entire night by Tom and Shannon.

"Last night was great. But how did you do it? Being stuck in the cellar for all these years?" Maddy asked and Sierra sighed quietly.

"Last night, was the best transformation I've ever had. Which I guess isn't saying much... but I have to do that more, I guess. I was born in the wild, was raised as a wild wolf. I guess, last night was the equivalent of my first change. How it should have gone." Sierra says and Maddy hugged her with a smile, and Rhydian nodded at her with a grin on his face.
