Another Bullhead carrying students from a different academy lands on the outskirts of the large castle known as Beacon Academy. The newest ship to arrive was from Atlas and it brings a lot more than just students, Atlas also had brought with at a small army, commanded by none other than General Ironwood.

In the tallest tower of Beacon, a giant clock overlooking even the clouds. Ozpin and Glynda watch as the several ships containing the Atlas personal arrive. Glynda crossing her arms and looking over the bullheads with a displeased expression while Ozpin remained neutral. Glynda speaks to him annoyed, "Ironwood certainly loves bringing his work wherever he travels."

Ozpin watches as more bullheads fly to the landing zones, "Well... running an academy and a military makes him a busy man. But yes, those are a bit of an eyesore." A beeping emits from Ozpins desk and he looks over to it saying, "Yes, come in."

The door to the elevator opens and outsteps a men in a well-tailored white suit, wearing a while glove on his right hand and a red tie over a blue formal shirt. The man also had two grey hair patches in the sides of his head and a bandage just above his right eyebrow, happily stating, "Ozpin."

Ozpin places his hands behind his back and stands straight, "Hello, General."

"Please, drop the formality's." Ironwood and Ozpin walk over to shake hands, "It's been too long." Ironwood looks over to Goodwitch, "And Glynda! It has certainly been too long since we last met."

Glynda walks over to him and half-heartedly holds her hand up, "Oh James..." She turns to Ozpin, "I'll be outside."

She walks out and Ironwood turns back to Ozpin, "Well she hasn't changed a bit."

Ozpin begins walking over to his desk, which houses a nice tea set, "So... what in the world has brought you all the way down from Atlas?" Ozpin pours his tea while continuing to speak, "Headmasters don't typically travel with their students for the Vytal Festival."

Ozpin hands Ironwood a cup and he takes it with his gloved hand, "Well you know how much I love Vale at this time of the year." He takes out a flask and pours something else into the drink, "Besides, with you hosting... I thought this might be a good opportunity for us to catch up."

The room is silent for barely a moment but the cogs in the roof turning are hard to ignore, "I can certainly appreciate some quality time between friends... however... the small fleet outside my window has me somewhat concerned."

"Well... being concerned, is what brought them here."

"I understand travel between kingdoms has become increasingly difficult-."

"Oz. You and I both know why I brought those men."

Ozpin takes a sip of his mug before gulping it down and sighing, "We are in a time of peace. Shows of power like this-... it'll just give off the wrong impression."

"But is what Qrow said was true-."

Ozpin holds a finger up, "If what Qrow said is true, then we will handle it tactfully. It's the Vytal Festival; a time to celebrate the things such as unity and peace. So I suggest you not scare people by transporting hundreds of soldiers halfway across the continent."

Ironwood looks at him with a cold expression, "I'm just being cautious."

"As am I... why we will continue to train the best hunters and huntresses we can."

"Believe me, I am." Ironwood begins walking away but turns around after a few steps, "But ask yourself this... do you honestly believe your children can win a war?"
