The next day, everyone woke up as the sun rose. They'd all slept outside on the logs, which was quite honestly the least comfortable place any of them could have possibly chosen, but they all seemed happy enough. Logan was the first awake, as usual, and he found that Casper had fallen asleep leaning on him, and so he was obligated to stay in his uncomfortable position until Casper woke up. Fortunately for him, that didn't take long.

"Good morning," Casper muttered as he rubbed his eyes.

"Morning, sunshine."

They both smiled at each other and got up, heading to the kitchen where Logan collected food to take outside for everyone while Casper fed the cat.

"So, what are your plans for today?" Casper asked, smiling slightly.

Logan thought for a moment before responding.

"Everyone's had a really hard time recently. They need a break. Plus, I think it's about time we took advantage of this school. There's plenty to do here, we'd might as well have some fun!"

The smile on Casper's face was bright enough to light up the room. He ran up to Logan and hugged him tightly.

"Awesome! What do you want to do first?"

"Actually, I was thinking everyone should get the time to do what they enjoy the most. So you could go to the stage in the hall and sing or play guitar if that's what you wanted, and everyone else could go and do their own thing."

Casper pulled away from the hug and his face fell, just for a moment, but Logan noticed.

"What's wrong?"

"It's nothing," Casper said, but he looked anxious. "I don't wanna be a pain."

"Casper," said Logan softly, taking his hand. "You're never being a pain. What's the matter?"

"I don't like being alone," he muttered, staring at the ground.

"Would it help if I stayed with you?"

"Would you mind? I don't want to stop you from doing what you want to do."

Logan smiled at him.

"I was actually just going to wander around for most of the day and keep an eye on everyone. I'll make sure everyone's okay, then I'll come and join you. Okay?"

"Thank you, Logan."

Casper smiled brightly as he waved, picked up Audrey and headed up to the school stage.

Logan, on the other hand, headed outside to give everyone else their breakfast and let them know the plan for the day. As expected, they were all ecstatic and ran their separate ways. Cassie kissed Cece on the cheek before she headed off. Logan caught Cece's eye for a moment and she quickly winked at him.

After everyone had split up, Logan grabbed all the blankets and carried them through to the room where they all slept. He scattered them around the room, Violet's included. If she was going to hurt any of them, he figured she'd have done it the night before, when they were all asleep outside. After that, he headed out to check on everyone.

The first place he headed to was the school stage to check that Casper was doing okay. Logan crept in as Casper was putting Audrey down gently on a chair in front of the stage. He hadn't noticed him come in. Logan sneaked up behind him and suddenly wrapped his arms around his waist, pulling him into a tight hug. Casper yelped and whipped his head around, then, seeing it was only Logan, laughed and threaded their fingers together. After a few seconds, Logan let go and Casper turned toward him, laughing.
