Chapter 6 I've Missed You

Arthit's dad called him and interrogated his son as to who was the caller and why was he avoiding him.  He immediately looked at his mom and asked her to explain to his dad the situation. His mom pulled his dad inside their kitchen and every detail was explained to him. "You mean that guy hurt my baby? I even gave him the complete direction on how to come here easily." He hugged Arthit and said "Dont worry, I will protect you if ever he comes here dad is not mad whatever you choose I will support you."

Friday night after Kongpob has finished all his work, including the following weeks work he decided to go to his sun even if it was already late.

Kongpob's POV
I should take this chance to go there, I've missed my sun. I want to hug, kiss and bring him back to my side. I just hope he listen to my explanation and believes what i have to tell him.

When Kongpob arrived at Arthit's house he noticed that it was already dark. When he looked at his watch he discovered that it was past midnight. He tried looking for a place to stay the night but he couldn't find one. He decided to stay in the car, his  tiredness took over him that he immediately fell asleep.

Arthit's dad went out of their house and saw a car parked in front of their home. He saw someone sleeping inside who looked exhausted. He knocked on the window. Kongpob was startled on the knock sat up straight and opened the window. "Gentleman, why are you sleeping inside your car and you look too exhausted did you drive all thr was from  Bangkok? Oh lets go inside and have breakfast and coffee." Kongpob stepped down from his car and nodded following the man. He suddenly realized that he was being brought to thr house he has been longing to go to. Arthit's dad went inside the kitchen followed by Kongpob saying to his wife."We have a visitor add another plate, I will call your son so we can have breakfast." He faced Kongpob and asked of where he was going as he might be able to help, as Arthit's dad was bu nature helpful. Kongpob introduced himself "I am Kongpob Suttihluck, and I am looking for P'Arthit, your son's boyfriend we had a misunderstanding." While Kong was explaining and introducing himself Arthit suddenly came inside the kitchen hearing the person he misses and rushed inside "Kongpob what are you doing here? How did you get here and know my whereabouts?" "I think we need to leave these 2 to talk then we can have breakfast after their talk." Arthit's mom interjected. Kongpob felt he was intruding with the family decided to excussed himself and informed his sun that he would be waiting in the car to talk. But as his charms worked he heard Arthit's dad said "Young man stay for breakfast after we will leave you and you can talk to my baby."

Everyone seated and ate their breakfast, then Arthit's dad asked Kongpob if he drove all the way from Bangkok to Khaoyai and could not look for accommodation so he decided to sleep in the car, Kongpob just nodded. After their breakfast they were left to talk "Youngman, I am giving you 2 hours to talk, but I don't want my baby crying. I believe the time I am giving you is enough."

The 2 were left alone at the house, Kongpob could no longer control himself walked towards Arthit and reached from behind and hugged his love."My sun, I've missed you so much, please hear me out first. Lets talk, let me explain my side whatever is that's bothering you or what did I do wrong?" Arthit was struggling from Kongpob's hug and was controlling the tears starting to fall down from his face."If you no longer love me just tell me so we can break up and properly settle things. Don't go behind my back and cheat on me." "But my sun I never cheated on you. So does this mean that you saw me holding Kaofung's hand? But Phi can we sit this may take a while and I really want to hug you, I've missed you. I have been looking for you for a month." They were both seated on the sofa but Kong pulled Arthit and seated his sun onto his lap tightly hugging thr other."Phi stop struggling, are you willing to listen to me now?"

"Kongpob what is there to explain when I saw everything? Are you here to settle everything and break up with me? How will you explain to me what I saw? And to think it was Kaofang, did you finally realize you want to give her your gear?" Kongpob held on to his sun."I never cheated on you and never will, you are the only one in my heart. There is a reason behind what you saw, I was practicing my speech for you, my proposal of marriage to you that was supposed to happen during our anniversary dinner/ engagement dinner.

Kongpob pulled out something from his pocket and showed the ring he inteded to give Arthit. "P'Arthit look this is the ring I have prepared but I never let anyone see or touch this, I was just pretending  I was placing a ring on her finger."

Arthit kept his silence, thinking of their situation, what he knows was that Kong's family still disapproves the relationship. His family for one just discovered about their relationship a few hours ago. Looking at his sun Kongpob was very nervous at the other's silence. "Phi will you go back to Bangkok with me? Start living with me permanently. I've missed you, and I can't sleep properly been grumpy at work."

Touching Kongpob's face and leaning allowing their foreheads to touch "Can you give me time to process things, what I saw and what you told me? I am just confused right now, I am not saying I no longer want to be with you but I really need to think. I have given up my dorm, my work and was ready to start here, let me start here for the meantime. If I have sorted my feelings I will go back to you if you still want me." They stayed in their position hugging each other when Arthit's parents came in."You are still here youngman." Arthit stood up from Kongpob's lap and the latter also stood up and bid Arthit's parents goodbye before leaving he said. "My sun I will give you time, but don't expect me to give you up. I will be come back to be with you."
