Chapter 17 Broken... Memories....

Arthit was deliberating within himself if he is going to the hazer's reunion. His seniors have been messaging him and expecting that they will see each other. They have even planned that after the reunion they would go to Bright's bar. Arthit's friends went to his dorm and Bright reminded him of the reunion and if he plans to attend. "Hey Arthit have you decided if you are coming to the reunion? You should go our seniors have been asking about you. First you are head hazer of our batch, if you are worried that you would see Kongpob, then we will protect you. We won't allow him to even be near you" "Yeah we wouldn't and there are a lot of seniors who would be there so your interaction would be limited." added by Prem. "Guys don't worry I have decided that I will attend but I wouldn't be staying long, I will just show my face to the seniors do a little chit chat then leave. I do not want to associate myself to a lot of people these days." Arthit explained to his friends.

Kongpob woke up from a dream where he saw himself and Arthit at Rama 8 bridge and in the beach kissing in both occassions. Then suddenly Arthit pushed him and left him, He was calling him but didn't seem to hear him, until he could no longer see his Phi.

Arthit together with his hazer friends all came together. They met their seniors and junior who were Kongpob's friends. Then they heard a commotion the popular head hazer and campus moon came, Kongpob was popular as he tried to change the SOTUS system. But he came only with the intention of seeing and talking with P'Arthit. True to their words the hazer friends of Arthit made it impossible for Kongpob to even get close to him, he was well protected. It was time for the gear ceremony of the new batch. But this time the head hazers will relive the gear ceremony. Arthit and Kongpob was just 1 hazer away so Kong was trying to find a chance to get close to Arthit but his efforts failed. After the gear ceremony Arthit was walking along the beach, when suddenly he saw Kongpob with Kaofang, he remebered that once Kaofang confessed and tried to give her gear to Kongpob. But this time around he saw Kongpob was holding a gear and giving it to Kaofang. Arthit's froze from where he was standing, when Kongpob noticed him the rain started to pour. Kongpob tried to catch up with Arthit, he tried to hold his senior but he shook Kongpob's hand. "Kong lets break up.... I thought I could keep my promise of taking care of you... I want to keep our happy memories together even if we part ways. So while all my memories of us are still happy memories for me, I will let you go." Arthit removing his rings together with his merged gear giving to Kongpob. "I am giving you my gear, no longer to take care of it but a chance for you to restore it in its original form. I would no longer keep it as our hearts are no longer one. Thank you Kongpob." Arthit left Kongpob in the middle of the rain and left together with his friends. While Kongpob knelt in the sand confused. Suddenly everything flashed before him, how their relationship started, how they spent their 7 years together. How they surpassed the obstacles, acceptance of their family, friends and even co-workers. "Oh my sun, I love you please don't give up on me."

Kongpob rushed to Bright's bar "P'Bright please tell me where P' Arthit went. I need to talk to him clear up with him what happened, it was all a misunderstanding." But Bright did not give away his friend's whereabouts, he just said that Arthit asked to be dropped off at the main road and took a taxi his destination he did not say.

Arthit was at Rama 8 bridge crying himself, when his phone rang, he saw Kongpob was calling 1 missed call, 2 missed calls, 3, 4, 5 then he decided to turn off his phone. Thinking of what happened he concluded that the 7 year itch was really true for relationships. Eversince they started their 7th year a lot has happened. He was decided that they were not meant to be together. Arthit felt that it was in Rama 8 bridge is where it started it all, it will also be where it will end. Arthit shouted he loves Kongpob and thinking he will start anew with his life. Arthit left Rama 8 bridge and went back to his dorm. A few minutes after Arthit left Kongpob reach Rama 8 bridge thinking that his sun would be there. Kongpob thinking of other possible places where his Oon could be. Then he remembered what P'Bright has told him. "Whenever Arthtit is asked if you've gone or he is gone missing where would you find him?" Kongpob tried calling again the hazer friends of Arthit and asked where his Phi is staying but he never told him anything. Then finally he called Knot who told him to follow his heart and wished him luck. Then Kongpob realized what Arthit has said if he was lost, he will stay in the same place where Kong can find him and wait for him. Then Kong realized his old dorm.
