Rules and Regulations – Judges
– You must be online daily, or most days, so we can get a hold of you if necessary.
– You must be open to judging novels with mature or LGBTQ+ content. If you are not comfortable with that, please contact us via private message.
– You must fluent in English or at least be very familiar with the English language. You need to have good grammar and spelling. This will be checked.
– You cannot vote or comment on books you are judging, as well as not contacting the authors of the works you are judging or having interaction with them. If you do, the participant will be at risk of being disqualified, as well as you'll be.
– It would be useful for you to follow this account, as we will post updates on our message board. However, giving one of our founders, @nwrittenthoughts, a follow is required.
– If you change your username, you must contact us.
– Add this book to your public reading list so the judging process can begin as soon as possible.
– Judges are encouraged to talk to each other. We want to build a sense of community and a place for support.
– If you are participating, you cannot judge the same category.
– You are required to fill out a judging form and write a short overall critique.
– You need to vote on this part to verify you read the rules and accept any possible consequences caused by breaking them.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
