CHAPTER 26

VIREN POV

My day's going well so far, Completing my work and approving some new deals.

Until my lovely Sister decided to visit me and is now irritating me for the last 20 minutes.

"Bhai please say yes."  She said in her ebullient tone.

"Riya stop pestering me. You know I can't stand the sight of both of them." I said indicating towards Sana and her bastard husband.

"Bhai, please... I thought you forgot everything and forgave them." She said in her worried tone.

"I can't see her wasting her life for that low life she calls her husband. I asked her to chose between us and she chose him. So there is nothing left." I said remembering the time when I asked Sana to choose any one of us to be in her life and she chose him.

Sana is 6 years younger than me so I was always very protective of her. She was my only solitude, the only person who understood me really well. But then that bastard came into her life and she changed. My sweet little sister became rebellious. And then she ran off with him even when I told her about his violent nature.

"Bhai he's not coming with us, it's just family. And I know you miss her." She said making that irritating crying face.

"Listen Riya I'm busy today. I have dinner planned with someone." I said to take her off my back.

"Oh please before coming in I checked in your schedule and you have no business meeting today. So don't make excuses." She said with a triumphant smile plastered on her face.

"Because I'm going out with a friend of mine." I said glaring at her. Now she's all CID on me.

"Which friend? Because you don't have any friends in Delhi. And you for sure don't take your woman to dine. And both Arhaan Bhai and Shaurya Bhai are going with us." She said leaning towards me with a suspicious expression.

"I don't have to explain to you anything. Now leave before I call mom and complain about you irritating me." I said while grabbing my phone from the desk and clicking on contacts.

She immediately stood up and said "I will know if you were lying to me. And then you wait and see." She scowled at me for the last time and then scurried off.

"Phew!" I huffed and reclined back in my chair.

I should ask someone for dinner otherwise Riya will kill me.

I thought about anyone that I can ask out for dinner and realized Riya was right. I really don't have anyone to go out with because I don't trust people anymore. One incident in the past was enough to break my trust into millions of pieces.

And surely I don't dine out with my sex partner. And the few friends I have are in different continents presently.

'Ask her! " my conscience said. And I don't know why but I decided to ask her.

I called my secretary and asked her to give me the list of our Event planners where I know I can find her number on.

When I found her number I saved it as Crazygirl and messaged her.
