So beautifully mesmerizing
So deeply wise
Intense, admirable.
So mesmerizingly beautiful
Haven't I searched for their love,
In every person I've met?
In every hand that I've held?
In lips I have kissed?
Don't I hopelessly long
For one more glance,
One more smile,
One more touch?
I treasure the sound of your voice
And the look of your eyes.
Just the way they are,
Intelligent, wise.
