I have known
that gratitude does wonders.
Life rebuilds itself
into a new world of bliss,
with a touch of gratitude,
the sunshine feels warmer,
the wind dances its heart out.
Even the sky smiles back
at the happy grateful soul.
Yes,I have experienced gratefulness
bringing me
a night's peaceful sleep,
a surge of unexplained happiness,
a love for life and its laughter.
For the abundance of unasked for gifts,
I thank my gratitude,
for now I have even more to be grateful for!
